Food was ok at best. Service more than anything ruined the visit. Waitress took our meal order without ever asking for our drink preference. Thank goodness water was on the table. Finally ask for tea and had to beg again for a refill. Ask for more napkins. I guess since there was three in our party we were blessed with three more napkins. First impressions are lasting impressions.

Came here often to play trivia night on Tuesdays as a travel nurse during a contract at UVA. Finally brought my wife and kids on a rainy Saturday afternoon. Not busy at all. One table that was large, like us (2 adults, 4 kids) that had just ordered. Ordered beers and found out they only had their brunch menu. Which is limited if you are not interested in breakfast. My wings came out before my beer did, for how settled most of the other tables were , seems like we got forgotten. Kinda felt like a Sunday vs a Saturday. Kids were disappointed that the games kept taking quarters; easily spent $10 for half an hour of time there. Think this place might be better Game night. Wife did LOVE the changing table in the bathroom. Restaurants thar offer that, local beer on tap, and a fun atmosphere are nil'.

The vegan crab cake was delicious. Kids liked grilled cheese and Mac and cheese. The cocktails also good. Staff are friendly. They are rather tater-tot heavy but hey!

We go to firefly for a drag show. The food is always good but the service can be very hectic. You have to order at the bar and sometimes it's very difficult to get someone to take your order. The drag show is always fun and there are usually some awesome performances. The food is usually good.

We've been here twice on our visits to Charlottesville because it's such a great stop for our family/friends to meet up and spend some time together - we found this place searching for a spot where we might be able to stay awhile after eating and play some games together and were not disappointed!Ample seating and games (both arcade and board) are provided for guests, and you can bring your own. (Last time we played an hour of our own DND campaign.)Pros:-The staff is incredible and friendly.-The food is comfort food - nothing fancy, but the burgers, breakfast BLT, and Tatchos (tater-tot nachos) are forever favorites of my picky eater family.-In addition to comfort food, I can't stress how much I appreciated there being ample gluten-free and Vegan options for all of us with various dietary needs. The menu is easy to read and figure out for allergies, and that made the meal much more stress-free than most places.-Pricing is spot on; it's not the cheapest, but we don't leave feeling gouged, either, for what we get with the quality of the food, the great service, and the atmosphere.Cons:-None!We'll be back, and we definitely recommend this stop for anyone passing through or looking to spend some time with family without having to immediately eat and then find something else to do.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-Free and Vegan options are clearly labeled on the menu and plenty are available for those dietary needs.Parking: The parking can be tricky if you've never been here before and is around back. Often tight, there may be one or two spots available (the times we have been there), but if you can't find something there is street parking available with a short walk.Kid-friendliness: This is a great place for families and little kids. Staff is welcoming, and space is ample for little ones to explore without getting lost. Arcade games and board games are available as well.

What a great spot. The cheese burger ($16) was excellent. I ordered it with an egg on top (trust me) and it had a great backyard grille taste. The vinegar slaw was also very good. I will be back.P.S. plenty of parking out back!

Food was hit or miss, the burger I had was ok, but the vegan jackfruit pulled "pork" nachos were stellar. Fun atmosphere with arcade games and board games. Good quirky place to meet up with friends at.Kid-friendliness: My nieces and nephew loved the arcade games, and they liked the mealsWheelchair accessibility: My 93yr old grandmother with a chair/stroller had no trouble with the ramp and in the restaurant, the parking lot has some angles due to the drainage that she had to be careful but in general isn't bad.

It was a nice place to have a small dinner. Except dinner came with a long black hair while fiance has blonde hair and I have tight, curly hair. We notified the staff and they offered to remake it but my poor fiance had already lost his appetite. He was a little skeptical with the redo dish.We went with the expectation and mental image that this would have an actual game room. When in reality, it's just a line of pinball, skeeball, and a few arcade consoles. Just enough to keep anyone busy on a slow day. I don't think they should advertise it as a game room. It's more restaurant than anything.

The service is incredible!! Food and games are amazing. I love it. The place fits so well in the repurposed building. Iconic.

Great food and atmosphere! Prices were good, too. Server was probably new and not in the groove, but otherwise our party of four had the dinner we really needed to enjoy.

Food was okay. I never write reviews and wouldn't have even written this one had I not overheard the manager (short brown hair, had a hat on) or owner, assuming its one of those or both, belittling her employees in front of customers. As someone who has been an employee being belittled in front of others, it sucks. I will never return to this establishment as long as this continues. so sad because it could be such a fun place to work and eat.
