Exceptional service! I work in customer service and theirs was too tier. We came with a large group of 11 for a wedding party very last minute and they treated us like VIPs. The food was absolutely delicious, came out hot and in a timely manner. Couldn’t recommend this beautiful restaurant more!

Up until 2021 we loved this place in our neighborhood, but it has severely gone down hill since. Food and service is just bad. Many of us in fry’s spring agree. Hopefully they bring back whoever was in charge before!!! Today was our last time going here.

We love Fry's Spring, great food and such fun vibes! We recently hosted a welcome party for our wedding here for around 150 people, such an amazing experience! It's an incredible space and the food was so so good! Especially loved the sliders, the "Just Trust Us" pizza, and the milkshakes! The service was great, and Victoria was so awesome helping us coordinate this event! Can't wait to come back for a local beer and lots more pizza soon!

Fantastic food options and preparation. Server didn't even say hello or attempt to appreciate our business to which she immediately added a 20% gratuity to the bill, but did work efficiently. Would return to sample more food options and the outside in atmosphere.

We love Fry's Spring Station. The environment is great and relaxed. This is one of our go to restaurants in Charlottesville.
Ordered 5 mini burgers w/just cheese. Waitress sade no problem...Got tons & tons of shredded lettuce, pickles.Sons chicken sandwich was dry and overloaded with some kind of spices. For the prices, (over priced) experience. Doubt ill ever be back.

I love the food but can’t bring myself to pay $16+ for a sandwich or chicken wings. Maybe the sandwiches are shareable. The pizza is a great deal for two people to split. Disability parking is limited but so is parking in that area in general. I can’t wait for the students to go home for the summer so we can go back.

I'm not sure if Google shows my stars break down here or not, but they will deal with my dilemma and reviewing this place. The atmosphere for a Sunday brunch on a beautiful spring morning was phenomenal. Lovely outdoor atmosphere with serious fire pits going on, the traffic going by just blended into the background that wasn't distraction at all. Great food selection, it was nice but not stellar. My biggest problem was the fact that the wait staff completely ignored us once our order was taken. It isn't bottomless coffee if you never return to give us a refill, and our water cups remained empty the entire time as well. Perhaps it was a bad day or bad luck, but this is still a fun memory and a nice place to hang out on a nice day.

Arrived and were seated promptly. Menus were a complete mess. Since they were stacked on each other, none of them could be used without getting whatever was on them on you. Requested new ones and the excuse for the uncleanness was "being slammed" the night before. We don't visit here often but will look elsewhere in the future since this experience was not our experience from the past. First impressions set the mood for the rest of the stay and ours did not get much better.Parking: Tough location for parking. When busy, prepare to spend some time finding places to park your vehicle.
