I ordered beans and rice. It was nice and hot. Portion seemed small for the amount I paid. Almost $8.00. Staff were not welcoming so that turned me off. I do like the one on Richmond Road. Service is fine. Atmosphere is fine. Food is terrible. The "to go" cheese dips are the same price at "dine in" itty bitty teeny weenie. It is ridiculous. Got chickens with pretty much no cheese on them and chicken quesadilla is dry. I will not be going back.

They forgot two drinks in my takeout and when I called the woman proceeded to say something I didn't understand, to which I responded with "I'm sorry I don't understand", her response was to hang up. Coming from someone who works at a restaurant, this Guadalajara shows poor service and lack of attention to detail.

I went to the pantops location today for a birthday lunch the bill was 100.00 roughly i was able to get from the restaurant to the lights at pantops(3mins flat) I call the restaurant to let them know "hey I've left my whole lunch which I only had two bites out of on my table and they said we trashed it already ?! REALLY I could have still been in the parking lot BUT you've trashed my food?! I JUST WANNA SAY THANK YOU TO THE YOUNG MANAGER THAT COULD HAVE GAVE A FUCK LESS ABOUT MY FOOD BEING TOSSED

Very nice and authentic little place for Mexican food. The food was very good, chips were warm and plenty and came with a flavorful salsa. I had carnitas tacos, with plenty of good meat.

Don’t even waste your time and money. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Cold and impatient servers. No napkins no plates until you ask for them not to mention it’s even hard to get them near your table to ask for any service. Sounds like they don’t even wanna work there. Don’t even ask them questions cuz they get annoyed and don’t even want to explain things clearly. We ordered a Jumbo margarita looks like a medium sized btw and they charged us for the largest size. We inquired and they just kept insisting that we ordered the largest when we clearly said “Jumbo” smh SCAM
