Breakfast is always good usually but I have had cold food after lunch twice now. I even wait out front for the food to be brought to me cause I ask for well done fries and still received room temperature fries

The food was about average for Hardee's breakfast. The bathrooms weren't in the best condition and the trash cans needed to be changed. Overall a pretty underwhelming experience

Understaffed and slow compared to industry standards. But the person taking the order was nice and friendly, no strikes against him. Quality of the meat tho...?. I'd rather go to Wendy's. They need a better corporate Quality control department, the quality of the meat supplied is questionable. Is that really beef I'm eating or horse ??.

The only ice cream was this cone. ?. 93 degrees and you want an ice cream. This was $1.45. Slightly more than McD or BK or Wendy's. It came in a bag. I asked for a cup because it was crumbling. The ice cream and cone was TINY. Couldn't even see it over a kids cup.Now the 3 piece chicken fingers looked good. My cheeseburger was fine. But we went for the ice cream. My child still devoured it. But, Hardee's, please get a plain ice cream like everyone else. We will try you again when you do!

Absolutely the worst visit i have ever had at a food establishment. Waited 20 minutes, for the order to be wrong, and looked like a person who didn't care one bit prepared it. Will be my last visit to that location. Would give negative stars if possible.

I continue to go back to this particular store because the people here are so genuinely nice. I went once as a convenient stop on my way home from work, but continue to go back for the people. I'm not sure his name, but there is an older gentleman that works here that gives some of the best service I have ever had, even on days where I can tell they are busy and short on help. The food is good for fast food, but the people are where this particular store thrives. Be kind to them, especially on days when it's obvious they are short on help, and they will repay you with even more kindness in return.
Prices were high and they got our order wrong. They overdid the chicken and did not put bacon on the burger. The food was cold and the tea was not good, it had got old. Very disappointing!!

The folks at Hardee’s do a great job. Quick service with a smile, and I think they keep that fryer super clean as someone with restaurant experience I can tell when I eat the chicken tenders and fries.
