It was the dirtiest restaurant!!! I am not even sure how the health department has not given this establishment multiple violations or even temporarily shut this place down. It was absolutely disgusting!!! I have seen a lot in 26 yrs of food service. This was just for lack of better wording GROSS!!!

The waitress, Stacy, didn’t remember this crepe. She went out of her way to replicate it with the ingredients I listed! The Garden style crepe came out beautifully. It was absolutely delicious. She paid attention to the details! The garden style crepe is a vegetarian dish with eggs. Perfect waitress!! Best service I have ever had.Dietary restrictions: IHOP use to make a Garden Style Crepe. Got breakfast here (IHOP on rio hill near the dollartree) on 03/16/24service was ok at best. Waited about 45min for food party of 5. 1 person at my table got 1 refil and then never saw our server again until we were done eating. Everytime a server approched our table they never looked our way .Finished our food with dry mouths and I didn't complain or raise a fuss simply paid and left I did not tip.(2 other customers walked out) So then we get home and look over our bank, turns out our server "applied" a $15 tip to our order without us knowing.Safe to say will be avoiding this place from now on.

Went to IHOP yesterdayPaid and left, Did not leave a tip because service wasn’t goodLook at my bank account this afternoon and see they decided to tip themselvesCalled up there to speak to a manger they didn’t know who I was and couldn’t find my receipt from yesterday, luckily I stilled had mine. Told me she’d call me back. Waited over half an hour so I called back. Said busy on my end, called with my boyfriend’s phone they picked up right away and told me the manager had left. I said “she just told me she’d call me back so it’s ok for y’all to steal and get away with it?” Next thing I know she (the manager I had just spoken to) picks up the phone I said “so it’s ok to lie that you left and it’s ok for your employees to steal from me? Then when I tell her the name of my waiter ( STACEY C) she says it’s one of their managers and she’d have to talk to her about where the receipt is because they can’t find their copy. I said “even better your own manager steals from me”. She had nothing to sayIt’s sad that you can’t trust anyone anymore let alone go out anywhere

I had the most unpleasant experience here. My 5 year old insisted on iHop. So went we here. Our server was extremely kind but the experience was awful. Our order was taken and about 30mins later we are brought a plate of food we didn’t order. I told are server this wasn’t ours a waited patiently for another 20 minutes until I again reminded our server that we hadn’t received our food yet. We continued to wait until another staff member asked if we needed our check. Again, I found myself telling another staff member we didn’t get our food yet(over hour into waiting). Our server again returned asking me if we needed our check. I told her respectfully that we hadn’t had our meal yet and we were unable to wait much longer because my child was quite hungry and it’d almost been 2 hours at this point. We were going to leave as our food arrived. In the span of time we waited were not offered any refills on our water/coffee nor was it an acknowledged that we waited over an hour and a half for our food. It was really unpleasant and I probably won’t be going out to eat anywhere for a while after this one

We have a group of ladies that use to go here all the time. We stopped because the service was bad and sometimes it would take up to an hour to get our order. Today we walked in and got seated. Our waitress who was Laura came and took our order and we were served in less than 15 minutes. She checked on us often and got us refills on our drinks. It was an excellent visit. We will be again soon. Thank you Laura. You were great.Parking: Plenty of free parking at the restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking. Do need help getting inside
I haven't been to this location in a year. The service is horrible. They take forever to seat you. When we were finally seated we waited a really long time for our order to be taken . The food was ok. The restaurant itself is disgusting. The floors look they haven't been cleaned since the place was built. It needs a total renovation. Also everyone needs to be fired and hire people who really want to work....
