$20 for 6 mediocre cookies is absolutely insane I ordered these thinking I was going into a cookie dream land only to awaken to a cookie nightmare. Save yourself the trouble and don't fall for these cookies, just because something is priced $20 doesn't mean that it worth $20

Not sure why you claim "delivered to your door". My order was just dropped at the lobby counter. The elevator or the stairs don't require anything but a willingness to navigate them - it works just like an Apartment building. Normally it wouldn't matter, but I expected to not have to walk down with my injured foot to get the order that was supposed to be delivered to my door. Cookies were delicious, though.

A small walk up counter establishment with a menu for most. Delicious and some items Gluten free, check. Sugar free? Nope. (Let's just say not yet and I am hopeful) The cookies are a nice medium size, served warm. The service was great and this place must have quite a following as quite a few items were sold out. We would totally check this place out again when we are in town.

Pretty good cookies. Warm and fresh. Nothing mind blowing. It is just a corporate chain after all. The online pickup and delivery options are a nice touch, especially in a college town.

The dude working at this franchise should be made VP in charge of PR for this franchise! He was not only super enthusiastic about the product, but also gave us a whole history of the company! I see a bright future for him in the company! The cookies were amazing, and my wife and son scarfed them up at the speed of light! My highest possible recommendation!

So today I made a large online order through the insomnia website. I wanted to treat my fellow nurses to some cookies since it was my last day working with them. They were to be delivered around 230pm and I received a text that they were en route. Great. I had included in the note section to please text me/call me when close. I never received a text. I went outside to wait for the order and after almost 30 minutes I called the actual Insomnia store in c-ville. Since the order is delivered by a 3rd party (Postmates) there was no way for the store to get in touch with the delivery driver. Eventually I get a text saying my cookies were delivered but alas I never received the cookies ?At this point Dylan, an employee at the Insomnia store calls me to let me know he’s working on trying to rectify the situation and he apologized profusely, even though it’s not his fault.Dylan calls me again to say that he spoke with a hire up and he can refund me my money or send another order to me. I decided to have the cookies remade and delivered again. Dylan told me he would make sure the driver knew where to deliver the cookies and made sure to have the driver call me.Dylan called me when the cookies were picked up and told me to call him when they got delivered. He also threw in a few extra cookies for the mishap, again not his fault.During all of this I learn that Dylan is working entirely solo at the store, during move in weekend at UVA. He’s taking orders, making all the orders, boxing them, and answering phone calls and problem solving as the solo employee.I say all of this because Dylan handled everything so well. He was professional, kind, courteous, problem solved and followed up. He didn’t have to do what he did to make it right but he did and then exceeded it. I hope his manager and those above see this review.Thanks Dylan for turning my last day at UVA into a good one!

Always wanted to try insomnia cookies and was not disappointed… 9 dollars for 2 deluxe thick and goey delicious cookies. I honestly can say I wouldn’t be able to make at home! Wish I lived closer, really yummy!

Cookies are OK. Baking can be inconsistent, over or underdone. The specials are often the best choice. Service is good.
