“The staff at this location was so much fun! They were joking with the customers and also doing a great job training a newer employee. As usual, the subs were great. I did try the Parmesan Rosemary bread, which wasn’t my favorite, but that is about my taste and has no reflection on the establishment. Keep having fun at work crew - you make your customers smile!“

“This is absolutely my favorite sub shop in all of Charlottesville. The problem is every single time I go they forget something including napkins which make eating a Jersey sub almost impossible. I always leave a customization note asking for pickles on the side and extra napkins, I would say 50% of the time at best I get those items. The girl that answers the phone usually seems frustrated when I call to complain, but I wouldn't call if this didn't happen so frequently. Once I ordered a sub with oil and vinegar for my husband and one for me without and when I called to tell them there was oil and vinegar on both the manager responded" it was just a little bit". I could care how less how little it is I wanted zero amounts on my sub. :(Parking: If you can get it there's free parking right in front of the building but the majority of the spaces are handicapped accessible only. The parking is absolutely atrocious. The shopping centers are always packed And it's down right unsafe to maneuver in this parking lot.“
