I made a pick up order tonight and I ordered the chicken biryani, garlic naan, and assorted appetizer. Everything is amazing ?! I have ordered from here before but delivered. And I bought the tomato and onion salad and another . This restaurant never fails to amaze me with perfect customer service, excellent atmosphere, and amazing delicious authentic food!

The food was atrocious and it tasted like it was rotten. The chicken was not tender, the garlic tasted processed, the naan was not seasoned, the sauce was not spicy or very fresh. It was too processed and too expensive for how awful it tasted. I was starving when I got there and as soon as I tasted the first bite I already knew that it was horrible and unworthy of satiating my hunger. They even made the lemonade taste bad.

Tried this place after reading good reviews but was disappointed with the taste and especially the service for dine in. We were not asked if we wanted to order drinks and pretty much ignored after showing us to the table while other groups were getting preferential treatment and suggestions for food and drink from the wait staff. Our order was not taken for a long time and ultimately we placed an order from the QR code on the table. We could see cobwebs on the chandeliers. Veg kolhapuri was not authentic at all and just tasted like tomato curry with veggies (broccoli and chickpeas were quite out of place). The portion size was also small. We were not even asked how the food was while some of the other diners were being asked. We could definitely feel a bias. It was NOT a "fine dining" or even a good dining experience as it is advertised in the name.

This is one of our favorite resteraunts in cville! We have been moving a lot and the Chicken Makhani, Chai, and Mango Lassi are the best we have had in any of the cities weve lived in, although all of the resteraunt's other dishes are good too. Ignacio treats us like old friends and we are always so happy to see him. We hope everyone loves this spot as much as we do!
The appetizers and soup were really good and I enjoyed it. The entree was okay. Nothing special with it. But if you want a chaat or soup, this is the place in Charlottesville. I would like to go here for these again.

The lunch special had a wide variety of options at reasonable prices. It is one of the better Indian restaurants we've eaten at...and we like Indian food. Service was prompt and friendly. Food served within reasonable amount of time. Highly recommend this place. We had a group of 7 and everyone loved it.Dietary restrictions: My wife has many processed food ingredient allergies. This place was perfect, using single ingredient spices to make their mixes
