Better customer service is needed if you're not happy at work maybe you shouldn't be there,fries soggy not cooked through and to charge a customer.48 cents for a cup of water after I have spent $12.00 on my order come on McDonald's you can do better.Manager on duty yells out customer at front counter 5 min later i have an employee waiting on me what is wrong why didn't she help me she wasn't doing anything herself

It's consistent. You get what you expect to get. I prefer to use the mobile app to order because of the ease of special changes. For example: I don't need extra salt on my burgers. I don't eat inside so I can't comment on atmosphere. I take it to go and park to eat the fries while they're still hot.

Typical McDonalds where you order and pay at a kiosk. The place was clean. I arrived for breakfast to go around 9am on a Wednesday in January. The staff I interacted with were all very friendly and went out of their way to say “Hi”. The food was warm when I ate it back in my hotel room. I enjoyed it more than I would have enjoyed the hotel food.

McDonalds recently changed their cooking process to one that adds the onions on to the burger while it’s on the grill. This makes burgers with “NO ONIONS” taste like onions. This is also an allergy risk as I am allergic to onions. Not severely, I just get itchy and struggle to breathe so it’s not a mortal risk or anything.Unfortunately, though I used to love McDonalds, I will refrain from getting more food there until this changes as I really don’t enjoy being really itchy and struggling to breathe.I also called multiple locations to make sure this was a national change because I really used to like McDonalds.Oh well, guess I’m a BK guy now!

Self order station has to cancel the payment wasn't prompted for pay at the counter finally figured it out. The. Stood at the counter five minutes while the employees cut it up behind the wall there. Fries were not cooked all the way what so every despite just coming out the fryer.
