I stop at this McDonalds to pick up breakfast on my way to pick up my fiancé who is exhausted and hungry after working all night and part of the morning. I have nothing but good things to say about this location. It's a smaller McDonalds and is tucked away in the Northern part of town so it's not as busy, at least when I come there on weekend mornings. I have gotten wonderful, courteous, and efficient service here, and the store is clean and cozy. I love their cute string lights inside. The food is always fresh and delicious and their caramel latte is to die for. Thank you!
Gotta care to do a good job! Hope the Mgr sees this n passes it on to the employees! Particularly the long haired dude taking the orders who might wanna learn some people skills when dealing w/ general public. It IS a job! Could go get intimate w/ a shovel handle in a ditch n skill he demonstrated today would b perfect for that. "Thank You" n "Have a nice day" are considered part of people skills! NOT the world I grew up in for sure!??

I had a fantastic experience at the Worth crossing McDonald's in Charlottesville! The employees were all extremely nice and professional. I'm surprised at the negativity I'm reading in these reviews!!There is a female employee who has a nose piercing. She was so enthusiastic about her job and very eager to take my order. We spoke about secret menu items, and I decided to order a land, air, and sea. She was nice enough to construct a land and sea burger for me. She had to bring it out in an open container, though, since it was stacked so high. These employees are just so nice and eager to help. They are all smiles.

I found a fly in my coffee from this McDonald’s. After I fished it out I immediately call and spoke to an employee,Jamar, and told him what happened, he became angry, yelled at me then hung up the phone. On my second conversation with him he told me he was the manager on duty, which ended up being a lie. All I was asking for was a refund for the coffee. On my third call another team member provided me with the number of the owner.I never took the lid off the coffee except to figure out what was in my coffee and found the fly, which was grosser considering I had already drank about 1/4 of the iced coffee.The owner was on point and very polite/responsive and offered a refund. I was scheduled to stop by the restaurant to receive the refund but I’m here on business and couldn’t get there on time..I just wanted to include how responsive the owner was but don’t confuse that with any kind of recommendation to eat here! Beware!!

I never write reviews like at all, but I went in to grab my mobile order, and like the nice person I am, I told them thank you. The guy I said thank you to proceeded to give me this weird look as if me saying thank you was weird and then turned around and started laughing. I don’t write reviews but this was not good customer service. I go to this McDonald’s every time and have had no problems until now. I don’t think I will be coming back. I felt judged and not welcomed in this moment. Is it that hard to say “you’re welcome, enjoy your evening.”?
