This location of this bakery cafe is in Hollymead Town Center. It's a convenient stop when we want to pick up something quick and don't want fast food. The pick two combos are always a favorite. My go to is the thai chicken salad and chicken noodle soup with a baguette. Every now and then, I'll indulge in a chocolate croissant. Every October, I stop for the cherry vanilla bagels. Having realized that today is November 1st, I checked just to see if any of the ribbon shaped bagels sold during breast cancer awareness month were still available. Fortunately for me, I was able to get one along with a container of honey walnut cream cheese.

Awesome staff. We lost a wallet. They locked it in a safe for us until we returned to get it. There wasn't anything missing. We're very grateful, this is a rarity in U.S.A.

I used to like this location until COVID hit. Management has used COVID as an excuse to be lazy. This is the only location in Charlottesville that doesn't open until 10am and doesn't serve breakfast. I had a coffee prescription but cancelled it because I need my coffee before 10am. Too often they are out of half and half and fill the container with milk ugh! I dump my coffee out when that happens.

This location is very dirty and dusty The restrooms stink and bad blood 2 days in row!Reported it to Manager who did not care or say they would take care of it. They did not as it on floor and toilet seat. There is always a lot of dust and sticky tables with trash and food under them Shame as long time Panera Customers who love to meet with Friends and Business A lot of the employees complain too Easy solutions Great LocationThey should be cleaning MORE due to COVID

The cashier told me my mask wasn’t adequate and I needed to use their mask or order outside. I haven’t had an issue with my mask anywhere else so I politely declined. As I stood masked and behind the plexiglass barrier, the cashier went to speak to a manager behind the counter, when a tattooed hipster-looking middle aged man taller than me in sweat pants and white undershirt approached me and my children from behind WITHOUT A MASK ON and within 2 feet from us forcefully told

Clean and taking proper precautions. At noon selection was so limited that in order to buy a dozen you had to basically buy plain bagels. Sore is not handicap accessible due to step stairs at entrance and exit. Long walk to where sidewalk meet pavement with no step
