The food is fast and decent, but be aware that this entity adds automatic 10% tips to your order if you pay on the phone or pay in person. They did this on my last 3 or more transactions. Some of which I also tipped in person (without knowing I was double tipping). The last time on the phone they asked me if I wanted to tip and I said no because the lady was rude and they still charged me a tip. I believe in tipping when the service is good, but when I pick my own order up it’s totally optional. I think it’s really shady that this entity does this and it should be illegal.

I don't know how this place is still in business. I remember when they first opened they were packed with people, but now the place is always empty. I thought maybe they received a lot of to-go orders, but when I went to pick mine up, it looked like there was no other food bagged and waiting with mine (7:30 on a Wednesday with students in town) The Caesar salad was bland. The dressing could have easily been creamy water. No salt, no pepper, no garlic, no acidity. The pasta was also underwhelming and bland. Where are the Italian spices in the sauce? The meatballs tasted like actual dirt -- very earthy. It's also insanely expensive for pretty simple dishes that are done poorly. They definitely aren't spending money on spices.

What's not to love about freshly made pasta? Ordering is easy: Choose your base pasta, decide on your dish (my favorite is cacio e pepe), and decide add-ons. Easy peasy. The Pronto menu also includes variations on mac and cheese, all of which are delicious.

This was such a cool concept that I hadn't tried before! I tried on a visit and it didn't disappoint. I like the idea of being able to choose the type of pasta and the sauce and toppings and it came in a cute little to go box ! I loved the combo! It was totally worth getting. For college town the food here is pretty decent ! I would come back if I visited again and I would recommend

The manager or chef with the beard is very rude to customers and would not give me a water cup after I bought pasta. He proceeded to argue with me about one cup and wanted to charge me $2.50 just for the water. Will not be going back again

I went at 12:30pm on a weekday & getting my food was super simple & fast! I got the fusilli pasta with vodka sauce, broccoli, and shrimp & loved this combo. Their homemade noodles were so good. The portion size doesn't look too huge but it is bigger than you'd think - it was quite filling!
Service was fine and texture of the homemade noodles were good, but the Mac and cheese was pretty much a soup (edit: I guess there was a communication error. The response below says I requested extra sauce, but I don't remember saying so).My friends weren't high on their pastas either, except for one friend who swears by their linguine (edited: originally said fettuccine) and pesto.Including a 20% tip, we paid around $12-$14 per person.

It's not great; it's not bad. It's definitely worse than Luce but it maybe gives a larger portion of food than Luce. The menu is unnecessarily confusing and you really need to know your pasta dishes to understand it.

I want to praise Pronto's customer service, especially Johnny, the manager. Johnny was extremely helpful and understanding. He was very attentive with our Doordash order and went above and beyond to fix our little food order. There are only a few places that show amazing customer service for Doordash takeout orders, and Pronto is one of them. Johnny spoke with us with professionalism and was quick to solve problems. As for the food, it was delicious. Thank you to the Pronto's staff.
