Our experience was amazing!!! The only reason I lessened a star was because the bathrooms are not mommy friendly. There's no place to strap a child in so mommy's can potty. Other than that, everything was perfect and delicious. I had the turkey burger and my children had the kids burger and it was all so fresh and yummy.

Honestly it was dirty. One of the waiters kept walking by the bar and did not pick up the trash around the bar. It was slow. Also the bathrooms made me really question how the health department allows this place to stay open.I wish I would have taken a picture of the bathrooms but I just don’t think a picture could describe it. The smell in the restaurant makes me believe they just don’t clean. Food was okay. The waitress was great.

A few months ago every time I tried to go into Red Robin there was nobody there meaning as in staff, it was just closed. I called this week because we wanted to try to eat there again for our lunch outing at an assisted living community that I work at. I have to say this was the BEST experience that I have had with any restaurant ordering food. We had at least 15 orders. Nathaniel is who took our order and he was wonderful! My co-worker & myself sat there to wait for the food. The food actually came out surprisingly fast. Nathaniel made sure that we went through the entire order to make sure that everything was there. I took it back to the community that I work at and all of the food was excellent. We didn't have any issues of anything being wrong,everything cooked perfectly. We can't wait to come back! Red Robin staff,Thank You for you're great service!

Yawl know I don't do 5 stars much. I had crispy chkn salad. It was the best salad I've had in YEARS. Bacon, carrots, croutons, hard boiled egg. The chicken was moist and PERFECTLY cooked. It was SOOOO good. And WAY too much to eat in one sitting. Julie, our server, anticipates what you need, which means she pays attention. She's personable, efficient and great.There's an Amazon bin store in that mall she told us! Fun!

First time I've EVER visited a Red Robin. Julie gave awesome customer service to me and my Family! - thank you. She was training April, so I'm sure she will be just as great. Our order was perfect. The Royal Robin (hamburger with all the fixings and a sunny side up egg on it!) was great, and you can never go wrong with "bottomless fries." Red Robin's menu has decent price points. The atmosphere is comfortable. We will surely return (all the way from Stafford!).Kid-friendliness: Julie was so amazing with my Princess that she was compelled to give her a hug on our way out. Thank you!

Horrible locationHorrible customer serviceDrove over 1.5 Hours to come eat at one of our favorite restaurants and had a flat tire on the way and oh my this took over 2hrs for anyone to get out and fix with the whole family coming outAnd when we finally arrive and request a table we are told oh sorry we are Takeout Only.....seriously horrible time and experience with this only to be told take out onlyYou should definitely update your google listing to reflect this so someone like me doesnt have their family's entire day wasted
