I posted this yesterday however it has disappeared. We tried to negotiate their touch screen ordering process. It was a disaster. Of course everyone cooked and so no one could help so we left. Another customer did the same. They really need to fix this because they are losing money with their current system.

Get yourself a shrimp and crab po boy With a side of fried okra. Boom!! You're welcome. This place is really enjoyable and the people there are very nice. The food was so good I left my credit card by accident but they held on to it for me till I came back. Thanks again.

Service was great. Fried fish great. Blackened shrimp only bland. Not New Orleans French bread as advertised. The PoBoy sauce is nothing I have ever had on a poboy and I am from Louisiana. Hit and a miss !
Fast casual dining and delicious food! If you like fish and shrimp, this is a go-to! The staff was friendly, and the food came out quickly! Hot and tasty! My friend and I got the shrimp and oyster poboys. Not a New Orleans poboy, but still delicious, with plenty of shrimp and oysters. I'm not a fan of okra, but the fried okra was cooked to perfection. If you're a fan of okra, it is a must try. Mac and cheese was average. For the price, my friend and I left very satisfied!
Food was ok, nothing to jump and down about. The banana pudding way over priced for the taste and quality. Everything was over priced and when you went in the place they acted like they didn't want to be bothered. Why are you in business if customers bother you? I never see anyone in there every time I go to Kroger's. What does that tell you, they won't be here long!

The staff was very nice and efficient. However, the food was not SEASONED‼️ Your name is SKRIMP SHACK and not a sprinkle of salt, old bay or pepper.

Nice little place. Had to order on a touch screen and didn't really have interactions with the staff. Staff member didn't even really talk when they brought out my food to go. Also for what it costs the food wasn't as good as it could be.

I stopped at Shrimp Shack for the first time about a week ago and purchased a fried catfish sandwich to go. The sandwich was amazing--light tasty coating, fried without greasy, generous amount of fillets, and tasty bun. The place appeared very clean, the staff polite and pleasant, and the order was made to go (not waiting under a heat lamp). The entire experience was pleasant and tasty and far exceeded my expectations. Overall, I expected a fast food experience and instead I received a custom meal and experience. Try it!!

Our first time eating from here, my mother and I. She ordered the shrimp basket. This seemed a little pricy. After getting the shrimp, it's the best I've tasted, outside of a specialty seafood restaurant on the coast.We were definitely impressed and the price was WELL worth the dish!
