Heading out of C-Ville after a great weekend and figured I'd stop for a coffee since Bodo's wasn't open yet. I went through the drive-thru and ordered an Americano with Stevia. I get to the window and they had me my drink (that's dripping) and stevia packets and stir stick. Maybe I'm crazy for paying the $4.98 for coffee, but you'd think if you're in the drive-thru they'd at least mix in your stevia for you and make sure your coffee is dripping all over the place.

Although the customer service is fine, the parking lot and drive thru are not. The parking lot is way too small/tight to maneuver if the drive thru is busy. I would avoid this place if you are planning on going inside to eat, connect to Wi-Fi, use the bathroom, etc. If you're using the drive thru, beware of people trying to pull or back out of a parking spot - you might get dinged. I waited about 15 minutes to pull out of the parking spot I was in; and another car two spaces over was trying to back out and got into an altercation because people waiting in the drive thru would not let them maneuver out. I won't be going back to this one - I'd rather go to a Wawa or Dunkin Donuts and avoid the aggravation.

I drank Starbucks coffee back when they were still in Seattle. It was SO incredibly good. They kept the high quality taste for a while after becoming a chain. I recently had an Americano at the SB near Best Buy. It was awful. The quality is no better than Sheetz. Just more expensive. This is no reflection on the employees, just SB using a cheaper, lighter roast with no depth or flavor.

The parking lot is extremely cramped and the fact that you have to go around the drive-thru line on a super tight lane right next to the drive-thru and between an atm drive-thru lane just to get in line is a bit illogical. Nevertheless, drinks & food were excellent.
