Stood there for a few minutes, girl working was standing there in the doorway of the item pick up area flirting with some guy back there working. She grabbed a box off the cart sitting there, made eye contact with me, then went in through the door. Never came back out. Didn’t get anything.

No longer the best coffee and way overpriced. Service can either be outstanding or mediocre.

Still too much for a simple coffee. Food was thrown together and wasn't impressed. Luckily it was bought for me.

If I'm paying $7 for a drink I expect the employees to give me enough respect to make my drink right. I ordered an iced latte atte with oatmilk and cinnamon powder and when I was handed my drink I could tell it was made with regular milk by the color and the taste. I usually wouldn't complain but I'm lactose intolerant so I asked if it was made with oatmilk and they said it was. I was hesitant but took their word for it. Not even 5 minutes later I start having horrible stomach cramps. I'm just frustrated because why would I order a $7 drink that's going to me feel ill? They also didn't add any cinnamon powder but that's not a big deal. This isn't the first time I've had an issue with the employees making a mistake with the milk. I would just appreciate it if the managers were on top of their employees and making sure the drinks were made properly as we spend so much money at Starbucks.

This particular Starbucks I've never been to. It's the one located on 5th Street. We got two Caramel Frappe's , two lemon loafs and two pumpkin loafs. The Frappe's had a strong apple aftertaste to it as though the mixer wasn't washed out properly before making our drinks. The lemon loafs were wet and I mean wet to the point it fell apart when trying to pick it up to eat. The pumpkin loafs were just right as any other Starbucks. We spent almost $30 plus tipped $8. The store was severely understaffed with garbage cans overflowing in the store. We left because why give them anymore issues than what they were already experiencing. We'll just go to our regular Starbucks on 29 but it's a shame that spending so much money for coffee and pastries and receiving what we didn't order plus poor quality for what we did.Hope management gets this under control because it's a very nice store and location is great - staff were friendly and courteous - overworked obviously though.

I was at in line with 1 person ahead of me. It took 20min to make her 2 cups of coffee. Meanwhile I was the next person and only person in line. as she is finishing her order somebody else comes in with a phone app and she begins to make her coffee instead of taking my simple and quick order. rather than wait 20min for her order and another 20min for mine I jusy left. You would think the next person in line who has been waiting would be next. Terrible customer service, also it would be nice to cover your mouth when you cough while making coffee instead of coughing all over it. Guess I dodged covid as well
