Awful experience. The 2 ladies that were there were annoyed as we order our drinks. Spent 25 dollars to not get the drinks I wanted. I got oatmilk, and the coffee was non existent…Last time I’ll order there.

I asked for "light ice" and got my whole cup filled with ice. This place is expensive as it is, but when I ask for light ice I expect not a lot of ice.
Ok, so I KNOW this is an anomaly. HOWEVER....I have fallen in love with the Mocha Cookie Crumble frap (+1 shot, of course) I've had one every other day for months. I know what it tastes like. Today however, something went wrong. It's missing the "frap". It's missing the sweet notes. It's missing the crumble. It doesn't even have the right color(way too light).I understand sometimes things go wrong. I run a restaurant myself. Sadly I didn't have time to go back in to get it right, and I will continue to buy Starbucks coffee. Just maybe not at this particular location. LUCKILY there are plenty of options?
