My meal was good, maybe a little fatty and my waitress did the best she could, but between the host and the kitchen they ruined what should have been a good evening and made me regret stopping by last week. The host had an attitude that spewed “I don’t want to be here and you’re annoying me”. The waitress was cool, took my order and the meal arrived before my salad. She apologized and just blamed the kitchen. Aside for an empty overpriced beverage she did almost everything she could. I could see the other wait staff talking about it, but no action was taken. One of the managers usually stops by, but not tonight. My guess is the manage manager took Thursday off and it shows. If you’re going to charge more than others, provide a superior product.

Amanda is amazing and deserves to get a raise. She took great care of us. We love her and will ( if we can) request her next time. We rate this place of highest quality. It's affordable, amazing staff and food, and always makes us leave thinking this is peak of food culture. Amanda talked to us and still did her job. Most just stand there but she was doing everything and kept us up on everything we needed. She let us get to go drinks and bread. Service deserves infinite stars for how much I love how we were treated. We were treated as friends not customers. Thank you and tell Amanda to look at this! ? Food was great, then I left. Unfortunately that's not where the story ends. About halfway to my house I experience severe intestinal pain, I barely made it home in time... I have been stuck on the toilet for about 3 hours now. Your establishment gave me food poisoning. I will not be returning.Update: it's the next day and I'm still in the bathroom with intestinal distress! I will be sending you any medical bills as a result of your food that poisoned me.

Zion was a great host, there were six of us and he kept our drinks full and our orders straight. The food was hot and fresh and was reasonably priced. We were able to catch up with friends from out of town and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and even a yeehaa! or two. Also used the phone app and walked in and right to our table.

I cannot begin to count the times we order to go for two people and they CANNOT seem to get the order correct. We have tried online ordering and it’s a bust, we even call it in thinking this may help. Nope not at all. It’s aggravating because we have to drive back and get the missing items. Today we did not have time to drive back. I even spoke with someone to place the order. It was not prime dinner time. It was 4 pm! I would highly suggest going in and eating. At least if it’s wrong you are already there and they can correct it. I hate to leva bad reviews but this has happened too many times not to leave a review.
Our waiter, CHRIS was amazing!! He was efficient, animated, polite, the epitome of service! Thank you for breaking the current mold!!The steak and ribs were delicious as always!PLEASE LET CHRIS KNOW HE'S AWESOME!!

Texas Roadhouse was very good everyone got sirloin steak and everyone's steak was cooked to perfection everyone was friendly and nice and the food was very good just thought the floor could be cleaned a little bit the bathrooms wasn't bad but the floors needed a little cleaning but we try and go there again to see how they do the next time

Was finally able to dine in instead of ordering to go and was pretty disappointed by the service. If we weren’t guiding the server on what we wanted (appetizer…ordering main course…refills..etc), I’m not sure she would have ever asked. Ordered two salads that normally come with a hefty amount of bacon bits and when we asked for them, she provided us one small side of them that was half full of grease. It was pretty gross and made half of the bacon unusable for the salads. She was inconvenienced anytime we asked for anything, even the check. This is one of very few times in my life where I have tipped less than 20%, and I hated doing it, but I’m not paying for service that was not provided when I’m already spending $50 on food.
