I ordered 2 shrimp pad thai, shrimp egg rolls, dumplings, chicken egg rolls. The egg rolls seemed to have been prepackaged frozen egg rolls. The pad thai didn't have any flavor and was skimpy on toppings as well as shrimp, maybe 5 shrimp. I took a couple of bites and was disgusted. I gave my food to my boyfriend. They use to be good but...needless to say, I will not order take out from them again.

Stopped here for lunch yesterday after seeing the review. I tried it and disappointed! Walked in, first table of the day, the waitress came by and I placed my order. I asked her about the beef pho combination and she has no clue what it is! I ordered the fresh spring rolls with shrimp, vegetables tempura and beef combination pho, appetizers arrived, not bad and then pho came not what I expected, bean sprouts are brown, no cilantros when I asked for in the beginning, I asked her for more hot sauce and hoisin sauce, never arrived, water is all gone and I had to flag her down for a refill. Just fyi, I'm the only table in the dinning room. You can tell this server is not properly trained, by the way she took my order to the payment process. She slide my card 4xs and no clue how to generate payment transaction. I tipped her $5, I usually tipped good, but this is the worst service!Fyi, I served authentic vietnamese pho before in Nashville and and I know what it looks like, and that's not it and I have eaten pho many times. Not coming back or will recommend this place.

I need to preface this review that this restaurant used to be 5 stars for me and my favorite Thai restaurant in Virginia. However tonight's service was the worst I've experienced in years going there. I don't know if this is temporary staff over the holidays or if there is new management there but the experience fell short in just about every way possible compared to previous visits. I was sat down and had my drink and food order taken. I watched other tables receive their drinks and food until mine finally was brought out. The calamari was cold and hard and the crispy duck was mild when I ordered spicy and most of it just stuck together in fried clumps instead of individual fried pieces of duck like in the past. I had to be asked again for my drink and finally got it after my meal came out. Then when I asked for a refill, what I assume was my first drink came out and it was flat as if it had been sitting out since I first came in and ordered. I hope that this is not a permanent change to this location, but wanted to express how much worse this was compared to previous visits and I would not return again unless I knew the previous wait staff and cooks would be available again.
