Although the bathroom was not bad, I did not like the waffles. The place is called waffle house, which makes sense because it's literally all they serve that's good, but it also doesn't make sense because their waffles are bad. They are thin eggo-like waffles. I could make what they serve in a microwave if i wanted to. They should have way more options and fluffy waffles. No variety, limited menu.

My first time going to waffle house. The waffle house mother helped me with my order. The food was made quickly and it was fun to watch. The hashbrowns were so good. I left full and happy and spent $4 on food. Crazy. I understand the hype.

CLEAN....Quick service, rarely full when I visit. Great job keeping place clean. EASY access on & off I-64.PASS up that high priced coffee shop and sit down with a coffee and eggs. ONLY 1 building further up street.I do KETO, so mine is 3egg&large bacon(5pcs) ...BUT the waffles look great. Have to sneak one in once I hit goal weight...SOON.

Well it took the staff a while to figure out how to seat us, because the managers were having a meeting that took up two tables, but they needed 10 for some reason. Stale Bread, dirty floor, dirty waffle makers… and tons of managers doing nothing about it. Don’t eat here unless you have to!

I went in to get a bite to eat just around 10:30pm tonight. Walked in and there were 2 people in there getting food. The only employee that I saw didn't greet me or even acknowledge my presence. I sat at the counter then moved to the booth nearest the restrooms. Sitting there waiting to even have my presence acknowledged, still nothing. Never saw any other employees. Was wanting a Texas patty plate and left. I was in the store maybe upwards close to 15 minutes. If you want to be ignored, then this is your spot.

The seating in the restaurant was a big turn off. The reduced capacity due to Covid didnt make any sense. A section of the restaurant was closed and all guests were crammed on one side which is actually more risky. The food was okay. We went for the waffles but there are limited options for toppings and syrups. I would choose ihop over this any day.

Walked out today around 2:00 pm because no one greeted us. No one told us if we should sit down. Then, we asked and the cashier said I don’t know. Ignored us completely. Sat down seat was ice cold. Waited and no one acknowledged us and we have never walked out of a Waffle House or any other restaurant . We did today. ?

While staying in C'ville we came here one morning before a business meeting... When we got there, no one was there... when we left, it was packed with a line out the door! The staff was friendly, about as friendly as I would expect from WH. The food was good. Prices are great. Overall, I have no complaints at all. I'd come back when in the area.

WAFFLE HOUSE!!!!!! LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Had the American Breakfast with my hashbrowns all the way. Don't have these at home so I hit them up whenever I can when traveling. Got two coworkers to eat there the 1st time, they liked it.

The food was great, not over cooked, came out exactly as ordered. This location was really nice, probably recently renovated, really clean. Very fast service. Friendly servers. Some of the staff don't seem to get along, nothing major, didn't really effect the quality of service, but you can just feel the tension in the air and hear the snide remarks made by the washing dishes crew about the servers. Still recommend this place.

Amazing breakfast! Our family of 11 came here for breakfast the day after a wedding and the food was great! There wasn't much seating but they accommodated us accordingly. With the prices low as they are, the food that came out was quick and delicious. We will definitely be coming back here in the near future!
