Hit or miss all depends on the employees as much as employer. Example it’s definitely a corporation that should supply its chain with the proper amount of tomatoes. However it’s the employees job to inform you there isn’t any tomatoes before it becomes a surprise.I mean there’s a charge to add tomato but a middle finger if they run out and can’t provide you one on the sandwich you bought that “comes with it”Idk maybe I’m petty but for 40$ and having to toss out a Sandwich due to a cold pink center I’m super upset with my experience and wish I could get my wasted time and money back.Count your days Wendy’s!!!

No service at drive through window despite being open. Parked, went inside and employees just looked at me at counter. Walked out after 1 minute without service or even being acknowledged. (@2pm on a Tuesday).

Worst service, i will never go to wendy anymore!!! Im wondering why the management is not hiring professionals employees, that short girl is sooo rude
October 11, 2023 7:05pmI Placed a quick 4 item order that ended as follows:Drive thru employee (DTE): What sauce do you want?Me: What do you have?DTE: It's on the board.Me: I don't see it.DTE: *silence*Me: It's not there.DTE: *silence**I pull around to speak face to face.*Me: Hey man, it's not on the board. What sauces do you have?DTE: I tell everyone that. They figure it out.Me: Well apparently I couldn't see it.DTE: *silence*Me: Could you list them?DTE: *heavy sigh and dramatic eye roll* then reluctantly turns to read sauces off of his screen.Look, I get it may not be your dream job, but it's how you're choosing to make your money. Try not being a complete jerk.I doubled back to see if I somehow missed it. I did not. It's NOT on the board. Photo Attached.

I would like to think the managers at the Wendy's on fourth Street in Charlottesville Virginia if I can remember their names were Courtney and Fred I came in with A teen I want to say the restaurant was very clean from the lobby to the restroom which was very pleasing and accommodating to myself as well as my team the person at the cashier was very polite and ran things expeditiouslyMyse myself and my team would like to thank the manager Fred and Courtney for an outstanding crew and as well as their performance as managers jumping in and helping out I would recommend anyone to the Wendy's on fourth Street food is hot fresh aunties great friendly kind respectful and fast service so if you're looking for breakfast lunch or dinner I would definitely recommend the Wendy's on fourth Street in Charlottesville Virginia again Courtney and Mr. Fred continue to do what y'all are doing yourself as well as your crew members look great and again me and my team greatly appreciate you all

I go in here because the space is shared with Tiger Fuel. They share clean bathrooms. The gas station employees are fabulous.
