I got really excited when I saw the skillet. I grew up on this chicken. I thought they were all gone. The service is great and it has the 80s vibe going on. Got my 2 thighs and indigestion special. It was like stepping back in time. Would give 5 stars if the corn wasn't cold. Still will be back.
If you want good southern style home cooking, this is a restaurant to check out. Little hole in the wall but wow best coleslaw and Fried Chicken I have had. Biscuits fresh. Service was great. Definitely going back. Wish there was one closer.. ? highly recommend.

The Best Chicken Livers. A little pricey for the amount. But, we ended up getting an order to go. I think they are like $10 for 9 livers. Husband got the fish plate. The hushpuppies we great, the macaroni salad was not good, he said. The coleslaw was just acceptable. The fish and hushpuppies were great. On, we got a pack of 6 biscuits as well. We both ate one and had the rest for breakfast at home the next morning with sausage gravy!
