They're understaffed which is understandable because nowadays that's everywhere but me and my girl ordered drinks and the bar as well as out drinks smelled like dirty mop water. The bathroom smelled like a sewer but was somewhat clean. The bartender Billy was great, he was patient and understanding when we let him know about our cups. I ordered them 50€ buffalo wings and they were so dry. Decent for a date night but be prepared if you bring the family because being seated you'll be waiting

Our originally assigned server decided not to serve us. Thankfully, Polo picked up our table. We arrived around 6:30 PM, there was a 15 - 20 minute wait. The restaurant is in a non-5G zone for my cell phone provider. So much for watching videos or playing Pokémon Go while I waited. We ordered the 2 for $25 special, which included 1 appetizer from a limited list. The food was good. At first, we were presented to go plastic utensils when our appetizer came. When our main meals arrived, I requested the missing set of utensils, and we received the normal set of metal utensils. Apparently, they had run out of clean utensils and had to wait for them to be washed and packaged. Around that time, I noticed that the dining room was half empty. This was around 7:30 PM. Next time, on a Friday or Saturday night, we'll arrive around 7:30 PM instead of an hour earlier. We hadn't returned since before the lockdown; we'll be back.

I received the birthday dessert this time. But when being told you were going to take care of us I guess I expected more then 81.72 bill. I'm sorry I expected more after your waitress ruined my birthday. The steaks again were good (again not sizzling). But we understand Connor was very busy. We come there for the food and atmosphere. I feel like you mislead me on the phone. David did know the girl who waited on us. Thank you for the dessert anyway. Why tell me to ask for the manager and he'd take care of us? I'm sorry I misunderstood what we'll take care of you meant. We come to this Applebee's sometimes twice a week spending between 65 -90 dollars each time. I guess it's time for a change. The steaks are awesome when they come out on time. They sure turn heads when they're sizzling I guess. They turned our heads as we watched them pass by. Connor was awesome and deserved the 20 dollar bill. He's the best.

We were seated immediately but were not greeted by our server until 10 minutes later. We were excited for the 14.99 all you can eat and our first plates were the fried shrimp and riblets. We waited for more than 30 minutes before we decided to just get up and leave. Mind you the restaurant was not full nor busy but there were plenty of staff members working. There were patrons seated after us that were served before we were. Our server was not friendly and not attentive. Seemed as if she did not want to be there. We may try at a later date but I am not sure I would visit this location again.

The service was great. The food was hot and as expected. Management was present and actively engaged with customers. The only negative we experienced was the place is a bit run down. Ceiling tiles were very dirty etc. Way overdue for a refresh.
