My last time at this location, the place was not clean at all, especially behind where employees were. There's a faint manure smell in the building. Food was cold and employees seemed as though they absolutely hate their jobs, if it's that bad, you are not obligated to live your life in a hell whole. I will not be back at this location.

Arrived at 10:33 pm Wednesday (3/27/24). I always order my usual Reuben combo so I know how my food supposed to be. The drive thru doesn't close til 11pm. I waited about 5 min for my order.. I saw the employee (Jabarria) looking for napkins to put in my bag..guess she couldn't and just decided not to find me any & handed me my bag. As I pull off and get to my job (hospital) I take the large curly fries out & it wasn't even filled to the line (which is probably why they layed it down in the bag to make it look filled) straight disappointment. I grab my Reuben sandwich and it's not even hot..the wrapper wasn't even hot AT ALL. Another disappointment. It's like they sat it on a warmer for a little bit because one side was a little bit warm. NOT HOT but WARM. My whole sandwich should have been HOT. I feel they had enough time to fix my meal properly there was 30 minutes left to closing. How would they feel spending 13.00 for their favorite meal just to get half of the fries and a half warm -NOT HOT sandwich. After doing the survey this is the reason why I gave them 2 stars on everything...they could've did better.Order#AABFXL52AGF0

A great place to get this brand's options of sandwiches, fries, and shakers. If you're not familiar, they're known for their roast beef sandwiches and have many varieties. This location is easy to get to, organized, and clean inside. The staff are polite and professional. They are following current Covid guidelines. Recommended.

I went there and no one else was in the drive thru and no one answer the telecom after 2 mins of me asking if someone was there, so i pulled forward waited behind someone that was at the window for 5 mins. I get to the window the mgr and her employees were playing around at the front counter and she totally ignored me. Then when she gets to the window she asked me if i had an order knowing she didnt take my order. Then said i waited her and no one answered she said i would need to drive around to place my order on the telecom even after i sat here and 3 other cars showed up.when she could have just got the milkshake i wanted. I have ran plenty of restaurants and this not what a mgr should've have done. She does not need to be in the customer service industry or mgt if she doesnt know how to deal with cuatomers when it was clearly her fault.
