I ordered The cinnamon pretzels, regular mini pretzels, 1 mango lemonade, & 1 blue berry lemonade. I was told the cinnamon pretzels wouldn’t be ready until another 10 mins, which was cool with me. After 10 mins. I went over too get my pretzels. I hadn’t received my lemonades yet. So I asked for them as well. I've been going here for years and I've always noticed an inconsistency with the quality of the pretzels. Sometimes they will hand we a pretzel so hard it'll give me a tooth ache when I bite into it. This has happened multiple times. Also if I call the place of business for a the time of closing why when I show up before the closing time they are already closing. Listen I just watch the young lady making the pretzels grab her phone text while having choices on, once done she immediately went back to making pretzels. That is in sanitary and I walked away. Just nasty!Then they look like they just woke up like why we serving with head scarfs on and no that’s not a style. Not welcoming at all.
