The food was very delicious & I highly recommend the Philly sub. My wife got fried shrimp which was a nice portion. Price was still pretty decent while also have 2 beers & 2 Bahama mama's. Seating is a bit limited so we sat at the bar & watched people line dance, also the bartender kept telling us jokes.. they where ok .. lol

We were honestly surprised with how good this was! We've walked past it a million times and the strange outdoor furniture outside has a date look and the name doesn't sound very enticing but looks are deceiving folks! It's so dang good and the service was so kind and even comped our appetizer because they took a little long (it wasn't even 10min)! We got sat right away, had attentive and kind service the whole time and felt full and happy after our meal! We will be back!!
I honestly would have have a five star but I apparently got the server who didn’t want to wait on me like a server should she judged a book by its cover ..see I was out with my teenage son I had to ask her co workers to refill my drinks, never checked on me after she dropped the food off. My food sat in the window. You could tell and I had to ask the bartender for drinks so her co workers got the twenty dollar tip for refilling my drink her bartender got a tip of 17.50 because she had to wait on me ! See I was a server for twenty years I always go with cash and I exspect good service I know they was on side work and she wanted to get out of there but it takes two minutes to refill my drinks .the foods excellent but the past few years I’ve gone in there I have had the worst service it can get to five stars but the click will drag that place out of business !food is excellent the bar tender was great ! Place is clean ! The host was m I a .it has potential!

My visits to Big Woodys have been consistently disappointing. During my first visit with a friend, we had to wait an hour and a half before our food arrived, despite multiple reminders to the staff. The lack of attention to our order was frustrating, to say the least.My most recent experience was even worse. I arrived around 3:25 PM and placed an order for wings. However, everyone who came in after me received their food before me. Despite ordering something as simple as wings, my order never came, and the bartender seemed indifferent to my presence.What's even more disheartening is the sense of racism I feel during my visits. It seems that the only time I'm made to feel welcome is when I'm accompanied by a woman. As a young black man with dreadlocks, I often feel out of place and unwelcome when I'm by myself or with my black friends.Overall, my experiences at Big Woodys have been marred by long wait times, poor service, and a lack of inclusivity. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience.
