Don't waste your time here. We waited 45 minutes for food and watched 3 tables around us with more or the same amount of people get there food and leave before we got our food. Then the manager was extremely snobby towards us when we brought it up. I'm not the type of person to complain bc I feel embarrassed but this was ridiculous. We waited 20 minutes for the bill then asked for the manager again, she discounted our bill $3 threw the bill down and walked off. I would have been more understanding if the place was packed but it wasn't. Everyone but us were getting there food in a timely fashion. Just ruined my night. All I wanted was a nice night out with my guy. Never again. So if you are looking for a nice date night, avoid this place.

Their House Salad was I could've eaten that as an Entree, no lie! & I also got the Rigatoni Martino which came with Sauteed Mushrooms, Sun- Dried Tomatoes, Parmesan & Romano Cheese, with Gluten Free Rigatoni Pasta tossed with a tomato cream sauce with scallions and ricotta salata! Absolutely awful Service. They handed us the wrong specials menu and then brought out the wrong food for two of three entrées. The waitress walked away and took care of two other tables before taking the order for 2/3 of our party. Never came back to the table. Finally had to ask this manager to have them take care of things. They partially comped the meal and we took the food to go. Then the system calculated the tip on the full amount not on the amount that was actually being charged, never coming back to this Carrabba ever ever.

Came to the Lynnhaven location for lunch and loved every moment. The martini was amazing and the food as well. My waitress displayed excellent customer service. I usually go to the Williamsburg location and they are equally great. I would absolutely recommend Carrabba’s!

Ordered a salad with shrimp.... shrimp was left out of order. I have a $19.95 salad that I could have dumped out of a pre made salad bag here at home. I called to let the establishment know. The girl answering the phone has now left me on hold for 10 mins. I also paid $7.95 for one delivery fee. Tip, tax...I did however have a magnet in the bag so I can remember to order again, I won't be. And a catering menu because they are so efficient at deliveries, NOT! Oh and a mint in the bag. I do not recommend this place for home orders.Update: The management called me and was very apologetic and made it right.

Lunch with brother and mother at Carrabba’s. Friday 12:30, not crowded, no wait, chose seating. Staff friendly, efficient and fast. Ordered the house salad and sautéd spinach and steamed broccoli. Delicious. My mother ordered fettuccine special with shrimp and steak and garlic cream sauce. My brother ordered linguini Positano. All entrees were delicious. Will return.Vegetarian options: Several vegetarian options.Parking: Plenty of parking, shopping center parking lot.

When we showed up Leslie was our waitress. She cheerfully explained the specials and answered all of our questions. After she took our order I was amazed at the teamwork. One person brought our drinks, another person brought our bread, and then Leslie brought our food. I really think the teamwork played a big factor. Leslie had a great attitude and when we were done she gave us togo cups for our drinks, overall a great experience. This was our first visit but it wont be our last. Oh yeah the food was delicious and plenty for leftovers the next day.Parking: Plenty!
I have been to this Carrabba's many times, since at least 2016. I have also been to Carrabba's in several other cities numerous times. All those times were at least satisfactory. I have NEVER seen at Carrabba's what I saw tonight.1) The Sicilian chicken soup had a bare 2 inch long chicken bone in it, and gristle.2) The broccoli was so overcooked it was inedible. The local Denny's (fast food) and any Denny's can and does steam broccoli to perfection. This Carrabba's is far far below that 24-hour down market diner.3) When I walked in the front door, the place smelled like someone had taken a dump and nobody had cleaned it up.4) The waitress and staff were almost a self-parody of unfriendliness.5) The waitress was surly, uncommunicative from the start, often unresponsive to simple routine menu questions, had to be pressed for any answer at all.6) Service was simply take the order, dump the dishes, you're on your own, customer. We don't give a damn. Staff socialized with each other quite busily near the kitchen at the back, all ignored me. Never checked back to ask how the food was.7) Denied me a nice booth up front with soft lighting, even though the place was almost deserted (fully 1 hour before closing). Made me sit in a booth just feet away, but facing the glaring fluorescent light of the kitchen. Very mean and chickens**** about it. I was nicely dressed, quiet, and polite.Could it be because I was elderly and alone? The answer has serious ramifications for any place serving the general public.I'll save this Carrabba's the trouble. I shall return to wonderful Virginia Beach regularly - but NEVER to this Carrabba's. WHEW!In the supposed language of this restaurant: BASTA!

Food and service tonight was exemplary!! I regret that we waited so long to come back here. I got the 9oz filet (cooked medium) with spicy sicilian butter and it was so tender and cooked perfectly and my husband loved his huge portion of Chicken & Shrimp Carbonara which he could not finish. Sean was our waiter and we will ask for him every time we come. He (and the kind lady assisting him) didn't miss a beat with the drink refills and we were in need of nothing because he had already anticipated everything. 5 STARS! Chef's kiss !
