Only reason I gave 2 stars is because the food is good. Service sucks. 1.5 hours for a 14 inch pizza and garlic knots, not to mention it was a pickup order. Will never come back. Will never recommend to anyone else ever again.

Despite the fact that there is only one person working. Dallas did a great job and we will come back to see him. For the heaven sakes get the man some help. If he isn't a manager he should be because he is running the whole show by himself.

I have been a long time weekly customer of this Chanello's so I have seen a lot of varied customer service. Some excellent. And some not. Tonight I was on my way home from work so I tried to order a pizza. The gentleman answered and said Soto mind if I put you on a brief hold. 15 minutes later I am sitting in front of the restaurant observing there is a guy inside so I'm thinking he just forgot me on hold. I sit there a few minutes and he comes outside. He's talking to a couple of delivery guys. Remember, I'm still on hold. He goes back inside and is walking around the ovens. No pizzas come out. So I go inside. He asks me if I want to place an order or pick up. I told him I am trying to place an order and I have been on hold for 20 minutes. He tells me that he's the only one there and has a screen full of orders to make. Which may indeed be true but I can't see the screen. He doesn't apologize for leaving me on hold. So I can only assume at this point it was intentional. He was just too busy and he didn't want to take my order. There is no way at this point I am going to order a pizza from him. So I go to 5Guys and Tropical Smoothie where I was greeted quickly and given excellent customer service. At this point I will not go to this Chanellos again and I certainly can't recommend it to anyone else.
Staff was truly amazing! Messed up small part of order when I was trying to place online and the manager Ray was able to accommodate me almost immediately! He was very kind and understanding! And I have a little thing going where I ask any of the pizza delivery places to draw something on the box whether big, small, ugly or anything really and Jason, the delivery driver, actually did, on EACH of the boxes my heart melted!! Even papa John’s just ignores it each time! The time and consideration taken into my order was very heartwarming and I do plan to make this my permanent to go pizza place! The pizzas were cooked perfectly (the cheese pull after you bite into it? compliments to the chef bro), they didn’t go too light or too much on the ranch dressing or condiments on the subs, and my order just came so fast! 1000/10 recommend, thank you again for making my day with the drawings Jason!

I am an UberEats driver and was sent an order for $18 at this location. I received the order 20 minutes before they closed and was there in 5 minutes. Upon arrival I was met by a worker that said I'm sorry we are closed. I explained I was there for UberEats. They said well I am sorry but we are closed and we don't have the supplies to make a sub anyway. They then informed me that Chanellos had taken their tablets away which would allow them to contact UberEats. I explained that it blew as I lost $18 due to that.
