Long wait but was expected...when pizza arrived it was lukewarm..not hot .it was greasey..(cheese stix) and chewy .not good...delivery person had no change on her. .had to scrounge up some cash? Won't be ordering again any time soon

Ordered the family meal deal online and went to pickup in store. Went inside AFTER the online order said it was ready. Employees asked my name which I repeated 4 times throughout this experience. I was told my food was in the oven. The manager spent his time complaining about how he couldn't help anyone and how busy he was which was just even more off putting. 3 employees were already working (including manager) and then 2 night shift delivery drivers clocked in for their shift. One of the night shift workers clocked in and immediately went to boxing pizza and touching food. He never washed his hands just went straight to work. Then after waiting for 30 mins and having all their regular customers be priority over us, they asked my name for the 4th time and magically pulled my order out of a bag that had been sitting there for 30 mins. THE ENTIRE TIME WE WERE WAITING THERE. My food is cold and I'm not even going to bother with those people because of how off putting your management was. I have worked food service for 13 years and I don't consider that to be a well run kitchen. The servsafe certified manager should be monitoring the food safety in the restaurant but it seems he's too busy to care. This store either needs more help, or more attentive staff. Here I am turning my oven on to heat up my pizza I just paid $45 for. Usually we LOVE chanellos great food for good prices but this was just a waste of money tonight.

This store rolled out the red carpet. I arrived at 1230 am. Leonard offered suggestions, specials, and cooked the pizza perfectly. His excellent customer service was magnificent. From now on I will take the drove to this location, it's worth it. Customer service does still exist at this restaurant no matter what time!!Parking: Well lit and plenty of space.

I came in to the Chanellos on GW highway, only too see her making my pizza without gloves . She then went to the register then touching everything.

This review is not aimed at the food (1 star because i never got it), or the girl (the only person) working feverishly at the pizza line while the young guy (zero stars if I could) stood at the cash register, staring blankly out the window, while firmly having his thump planted straight up his own arse and doing absolutely nothing. It is aimed at the management of this place - YOU SUCK! I have been a pretty regular customer and I ordered with a pickup 30 minutes out. App says good. I show up late (because that is always how it works, rarely on time here) and the ThumbGuy tells me it will be 15 more minutes, because my pizza is next. I go sit in my car for 20 because I lost track of time (damn-you social media). I walk back in and should have known something was up because some lady came out yelling about something and using words one not ought to in public. Guess what? Still not ready. Mr. Thumbs now tells me it will be 15 more minutes. I asked him to refund the order and the pizza assembly girl came over and explained it was here fault but I was just out of time. She gladly refunded it and then went on to explain about all the complaints today and that nobody knows how long it takes to make a pizza. Managers of this joint, you just lost a customer because you don't have enough people working or even a manager in the building. You cannot expect one person to make pizzas for an entire restaurant without significant delays. I went home and ordered Pizza Hut. Pizza girl, you can do better elsewhere. Dont let "The Man" keep you down! Thumb-guy, keep that thumb out of peoples pizzas. Seriously, bypass this place until The MGMT gets it's head out of its arse.

I ordered a small Pizza and and order of wings from Uber eats. It was almost $60. $25 for SIX wings. That is over $4 for a single wing. A "pound" used to contain a dozen wings and was half the price. Iwould not have ordered if I thought there would only be six

I had food from this location. Pizza and wings to be exact. I love Buffalo wings. I ordered a lb of wings fried hard. The wings were awful. They did not taste fresh. Not sure if they were baked but they definitely weren't fried, they were not crispy and had a weird color. Also, they were not completely coated in sauce. I had the pepperoni extreme pizza. The pepperoni slices look like they came from a lunch-able. The pizza tasted like cafeteria food, I've had bowling alley pizza that tasted better than this. I had to force myself to finish eating my slice.

Ordered one 32$ pizza and two orders of wings (each, 1lb). Pizza looked old, was cold, and had zero extra cheese - paid for extra parmesan and mozzarella.(Maybe the video does not make it clear, but I've had one day old, from the fridge, pizzas look healthier than this)The wings, both orders, looked steamed, not fried or baked. The j*** seasoning was not enough to make them spicy. The mild wings had mild sauce on the steamed-looking, sweaty, cold looking wings.Not what I ever expect from here.See the two photos posted here.

If I could give a 0 I would I love this pizza but after today I will never eat there again for one reason they changed the dough and don’t tell the customer and it taste like a Walmart pizza and I spent 25$ for 2 little Cesar pizza get a 10 out of 10 against this nasty pizza tell your customer know when you change recipe
