I go to this place 5 times a week for lunch. Typically the food is good and made correctly. Today I got their nuggets (it was a free reward from the manager at this location) for the first time. I was very disappointed when I opened the box and saw four small nuggets and one that was just a piece of breading! This was a very bad April Fool's joke. Needless to say I will have to take this back when I have time. So I was out lunch today thanks to this location being very cheap!
Well, my son and I dined inside today 4/1/2024 around 130. I ordered my usual southwest chicken salad with ranch dressing, nothing customized. I have been on the toilet going #2 all afternoon. I am writing this review as I expell everything out of my digestive system. We dined in the restaurant and I understand we visited right after the lunch rush, but the dining room was not up to the usual standards I see at other restaurants, dirty floors and tables and no staff available to clean. The older front counter lady was very distracted and left in the middle of a new group of customers coming in to restock straws (we could clearly tell the straws did not need to be restocked) Another thing, I ordered a milkshake for my son and they said they cannot serve milkshakes because they DIDNT HAVE THE RIGHT SIZED CUPS. My family will not be returning to dine inside this location and will advise everyone to just go through the drive through. Good luck!Kid-friendliness: There is no playground in thus location

The line was very long even tho there were 4 workers on the drive thru. I asked for all condiments .. didn't get mayo for sandwich and my French fries were warm .. more like room temp and not cooked enuff. I also had a coupon for a free sandwich that they would not accept because it expired Dec 31.

Ordered through DoorDash, and was missing multiple items. I do not think this specific Chick-fil-a should be in business. I've ordered through them multiple times and never once got my order correct. I was always missing something or service has always been awful. I will never be going to this chick-fil-a again

Chick-fil-A almost always has the best customer service. Today was different. When the lady at the counter asked the name for my order, I told her and automatically spelled it. I always do this since most people ask me for that. She stopped and said she was offended that I spelled my name for her. She said she could spell. I told her I always spell my name for people and that would not be changing. People who are that easily offended should not be in customer service - certainly not at Chick-fil-A!
