Honestly the food is good. But the energy put into the food is not. I worked here for about almost a month not even really. Gloves are not worn when handling customers food and I never seen anyone wash their hands before or after touching a customers food ! I ordered the fajita meal (chicken & steak)… some of the steak was chewy and surprisingly, so were the flower tortillas! My wife ordered the rib combo… the chicken strips were REALLY salty. Other than that, it was ok. Past experiences have been better…

I used to rate Chili's 5 stars across the board. Today's visit was aweful. We ordered milk with the kids' meals. I didn't think that it world take so long serve two children's meals for 6 and 8 year old children (pizza cool, fries hot but overly salty), a bowl (much smaller one now and with almost no cheese) and a almost cold street corn.
