I live in a state where we have no Chipotle. I was looking foward to an awesome burrito. I walked in and there was absolutely no meat ready. All the vegetables trays were near empty. The service counter was a mess. Employees were standing and staring. Unbelievable. My party of 8 walked out disappointed. This location is a no no.
I love chipotle, but this store is really just horrible. I have had multiple instances where I drove 20 minutes from my house to the chipotle to find out that they don’t have half of my ingredients for online orders. Today I went, and I made an online order, they said that their system was down that they aren’t offering any coupons, or refunds. then, the time before this, I went and waited in the chipotle drive-through for 40 minutes for my food that I placed 30 minutes before...read full review

Who are the managers?This place needs to be fired immediately . They ran out of white rice and didn't have any prepared.The wait time was twenty to twenty five minutes for white rice. The restaurant came to a complete halt.No delivery orders being made no pick ups. No lobby orders. There was a complete exodus of the place. This place probably lost like ten customers to fifteen customers.
