I didn’t receive the cinnamon bread twist with the rest of my order and the manager said 25$ will be deducted from my next order but I just paid the full price amount . No refund and no deduction !!!

Ordered two pizzas and wings that took over an hour to get to the house. It was a Friday so completely understandable. However, one of the pizzas was nothing close to what we ordered. We had to try to find the kids something quick for dinner since they were expecting something completely different. When I called to notify the shop, I was placed on hold until someone answered who obviously didn't care about the mistake. They offered a $15 credit on the pizza that cost me a little over $18 on the order. I argued about the amount of credit, and was glad to receive a more proper amount ($20). I've given this location several chances because I know it gets busy, but the continued failure of incorrect orders and extremely long wait times for delivery is unacceptable. I'm happy about the (pending) reimbursement for the mistake, but you have to do a better job in a restaurant industry.

I waited for 2 hours for an order. I was placed on hold for 34 mins and then was treated poorly by the person who answered the phone because I wanted to cancel my order and obtain a refund. I wish there was a trash can in place of the star to rate this place!

I’m not sure who the cook was on my online Order #: 4054 Date: 11/10/2023 8:44PMBut they need a raise! I customized my order online for the first time and they made it exactly the way I asked. The driver was nice and courteous and came with my hot meal w/ pizza, wings, & subs within 25 min! My $68 order was on point and worth every penny!!

I went into domino's asked for stuffed cheese bread. I expected it to have pepperoni in it like the commercial. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed. My 2 orders of chheezy bead had no peperoni. Not sure if I will go back again.Cheryl

Every time I've ordered the past few times the food has been terrible and management is not nice. They try to say nothing is wrong with the food and ask you to send pictures and send the food back because they don't believe you. Terrible. Definitely don't get the cheesy bread if u actually want cheese or anything on it lmao.. I used to love Domino's but now I only order pizza hut!!

First off, Joe the new manager /supervisor made this comment so much better. He did a very good job deescalating the situation. Tristan was very rude, hung up on me when I asked for a supervisor. We placed an order at 759pm and after an hour plus wait we called to ask to find that Tristan didn’t place our order instead she stated we canceled. Horrible person to deal with and she should NOT be working for ANY business. Joe is a great manger for situations like this but it’s not his job to protect an employee like Tristan. I will never order from this location again if Tristan is an employee!

I don’t know what kind of store you all are running or what kind of dumb people you all are stuck hiring. But I will never order from this store again!Ok boom! Long story short: Made an order. Order never came, looked at the app, said ’Completed”. Looked outside to make sure the driver didn’t just drop it off and leave. No food. Called the store to get an update to make sure no one stole it and the representative was EXTREMELY rude!! Would not tell us her name, answered the door phone like she was home, etc. As we were asking for clarification on what happened and an update on the food’s ETA, she hung up on us. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS STORE AGAIN!! Every time we order, our order is extremely late, food is cold or the service is subpar. If you’re ordering from here, good luck.
