UNPROFESSIONAL and RACIST. Never used Domino's before, thought we'd give it a chance. Wife just called this specific Domino's on 1249 Cedar Road in Chesapeake to place an order, and the man who took the call sounded like we were wasting his time. Before we completed the order, another employee starting making loud "monkey" sounds. It was clearly obvious the store had the phone on speaker and the employees thought this was funny. As an African American, WE DID NOT FIND THIS HUMOROUS! We immediately canceled the order and will NEVER TRY DOMINO'S AGAIN. Order was made at ~8:30pm on 15 March 2024.

Very disappointed, again. Appears there must be a cheese shortage because our 2 topping pizza came with little to no cheese on it. Happened last time as well. Doesn't seem to happen at other locations I've ordered from.

We have Domino’s pizza weekly! If you are looking to feed your family and be budget friendly look no further! We ALWAYS order the pan pizzas. If you have never tried one you are missing out! They are a family favorite. ? Super consistent, and hardly ever have an issue. I think they might miss us when we don’t order every week ? or maybe they enjoy the week off! If you try it say the Merediths sent you! The only thing we have tried and didn’t like were the chicken wings, but boneless ones were a hit!Our favorites:White Cheese Pizza -handmade Pan Pizza, with Garlic Parm sauce, mozzarella and ParmesanStuffed Pepperoni Cheese BreadFlat Bread pepperoni pizzaHandmade pan with 3 meats- handmade pan pizza, light red sauce and pepperoni, sausage and baconChicken Bacon Ranch- handmade pan pizza, ranch sauce, bacon and chick! If I could give a negative rating I would! The worst Dominoes I’ve ever had! Pizzas were made by toddlers pretty much because there was nothing but raw dough, pasta was burnt (HOW?!?), and I got a sandwich that was pretty much just bread. Would rather have eaten my wallet instead.

Ordered a medium pan pizza. Pizza was greatly undercooked with a lot of raw dough near the center. I don't want my money back or anything. I just want people that read this to spend their money elsewhere. I know I will.

Andrew always hooking me up after I get off work, I get to dominos with barely 30 minutes left before closing and he still makes my order every time ??
Delicious! Hard workers and very kind. Especially the blonde that always has her hair in a big bun. She should definitely get a raise. Their mild wings and brownie are my favorite and I love how the dominos app always has coupons!

Manager hasn't updated waiting for pizza orders. I places an order and went to pick up 30 mins later and was told I had to wait 90 mins at least before my pizza would be put into the oven. Just lost a weekly customer.

Well tonight was annoying. I've never once had a problem but tonight was ridiculous. ordered on the app as usual. System said my wait time was about 20 minutes. I arrived and peoceeded to the pickup lane and was told 1hr 45 because orders online dont take priority. What kind of nonsense is this? The female at the window stated the app is never right bc it's a 3rd party provider and phone orders and walk in take priority. I always place my orders through the app and it's spot on. Thanks for taking accountability and passing the blame. there's a way to handle things like this and there's a way not too. now I'm told up to 5 days for a refund. smh. come on your team is better than this but not the crew tonight
