This location is amazing. They always make my coffee perfectly and the donuts are great. Kat is especially good at making my coffee just the way I like it but all the staff are great!!
We have been coming to this dunkin for years. It continues to decline. It's dirty. It's pourly managed. Sometimes, I wonder if there even is a manager. Food comes out ok but it takes FOREVER for drinks. I thought maybe bc they were under staffed sonce one time I went in there on a buay thursday morning and there were only two people working the front but I have been there when there were 5-7 people out front and service was still slow. I was in there last Sunday. I was very disappointed as all the tables but 2 were dirty. They were not busy. I saw three people working. No one wanted to clean the tables. I even told them the napkin dispenser was empty and they could have cared less. This Sundays we are going to Dairy Queen.
