Hopefully this isn't a norm here, but I did sit at the dirve-thru microphone for 5 minutes before anyone came to help. And then they forgot my whipped cream on hot chocolate. Not the end of the world, just my experience.
Food was great but service was lousy no smile on your face when u work with the public smile and make them think they are the most important i. The world. Your voice was so dry my first time snd last. The staff at the old one on western branch Blvd was very nice always a smile and cheerful hello.
