We did drive through. I prefer my doughnuts soft and warm but these did taste good. The churro iced coffee...and that syrup..with that Cinnamon.... INSTANT PICK UP.**** THE GUY WHO TOOK OUR DRIVE THROUGH ORDER WAS JUST AS POLITE AND FUNNY. HE DEFINITELY HAD PATIENCE AND HE WAS SO POLITE ..I TOLD MY DAUGHTER, THIS HAD TO BE THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE WE HAD ALL MONTH. shout out to the DunkinD! You certainly turned our frowns around that day.
We bought a dozen donuts and the entire box was stale. What the heck...the first one ward as rock. I thought maybe it was just that oneNope. They were all stale immediately after purchasing.

I love this Dunkin . The owner is extremely hands on with her staff . The workers are super friendly and helpful . I work down about a mile away and I love that the wait is never long even if the store is packed with people. Highly recommend.

Easily the worst donuts on the planet. And don’t get me started about the motor oil that they pass off as coffee. Since when does “coffee” come with milk and sugar? Coffee is coffee. If I want milk and sugar, I’ll ask for it.

I’ve tried several times to give this Dunkin location a try, and each time is a fail. They’re always out of donuts or only have a certain type available—and this is before 12pm. I’ve never tried to go any time after 12 because I know there might not be anything available. Aside from the lack of donut inventory, the customer service is terrible. They make you feel like you’re inconveniencing them. Hopefully the new location down the street will be a clean slate, with new people and better service.

The food was either burnt or not very tasty And the service was rude. Had to go through the drive-through but there were no signs outside saying that.
Would give it 0 if I could...Had a mobile order of which they had none of the donuts I ordered. I asked if I could maybe get a refund and they said sure. When we pulled up to the window, the lady just stood there looking at us. He told her we had a mobile order, to which she replied with a strong attitude: "I know. I'm waiting for you to pull up your phone for the refund." Like..okay? You were just standing there glaring at us. Then, I wasn't able to figure out the mobile app and just asked for two random donuts instead. The lady was still very rude, repeating my request back to me with a strong attitude. She rolled her eyes and walked off and came back. When she came back she shook the donut bag at us like we were animals or something and then walked away from the window. I don't understand why this treatment was given? We were not rude in any way.

At 8am the drive thru line was out to the street. When I parked to walk in and order, the door was locked.No one bothered to come open the door and there was no sign for different opening hours

If you want to have your coffee taste like creek water or a glucose drip go to this Dunkin because there's literally no in between . I love Dunkin but they have messed up every single order I've ever had here and most of the time are extremely rude and act like they are bothered that they have to deal with you.... 90% of the time I have to go to work or home and fix whatever I ordered so it tastes like it's supposed to. I'm not even picky about my coffee in general it would just be nice to get what I ordered every once in a while ...
