You can order ahead, which is always a plus for me. They have those super thin shoestring fries that are amazing when fresh. The burgers had that wonderful crisp edge that steakburgers get. The cheese curds were average. Service was pretty fast. We did order ahead and arrived when the app told us to buy our food. It was starting to get a bit cold and soggy when we got it, so keep that in mind, I suppose. Overall a pretty good experience though, we will be returning!
Our first (and only so far) visit here was for a Jeep event on Halloween. I found everyone to be friendly & helpful and the restaurant clean.My bacon double cheeseburger was delicious. I don't expect to have a half pound Kobe beef burger at a fast food joint so I'm not sure why others do. They're smashburgers aren't for everyone but I will definitely go back sometime. Got the burger and fries and custard of course. They have very thin patties but you do get two of them so it’s not bad. They are pretty fast for fast food, sorry for that comment. But we have all had fast food that usually is not that fast. Also Freddys usually gets it right. If you go, you gotta try the custard so smooth and creamy and delicious. If you’re looking for fast food, definitely recommend Freddy’s.
