I tried a chicken tender wrap. The ranch one, and it was pretty good! The yortilla was warm, and I was surprised it was as good as it was. I also got a 3pc tender, and flavor is good but the tenders are small.

Vanita White is the BEST thing that happened to the lost art of Customer Service! I rarely eat fast food & I work very early hours but if I grab breakfast, it makes my day to hear her voice from the speaker! She’s a KEEPER so I hope you appreciate her!

My visit to Hardee's was pretty much what I expected from a standard fast-food establishment. I opted for the 2-piece fried chicken snack, which was satisfying. Particularly noteworthy was the biscuit, which I creatively used to make a sandwich with the remaining thigh meat. The chicken was tender and juicy, boasting a spice blend that was notably superior to a similar dish I had recently purchased from Kroger. Overall, a decent meal that met my expectations for quick, casual dining.

The food is okay. It seems the people working there are rude most of the time. They get offended when they get your order wrong. That's fine. It happens. I'd understand the attitude if you go and talk down to them but just saying, "hey, this is wrong" or a "this isn't what I ordered" when you say it nicely and get a "that's what you get" is rude. My biscuit wasn't even put together. And the tray was tossed into a bag, so everything was falling out. Again,that's fine. It happens. But how they treat people is the problem. Surprised corporate hasn't been called.
The sign says 10pm closing. However, they stopped taking orders 30 minutes before that time.

I've been using the Hardee's on GW Hwy right by the Portsmouth line but they don't have enough workers to open up anything but their drive thru. And when they do open up they completely screw up your orders and give priority to Uber eats and other food call aheads. So now I travel about 2 more miles to go to this one. They have their act together. Good food good service. Thanks Hardee's. Might as well close the other location.
