Love this location! Have been coming here for 18 years now and the service has always been excellent. When I go now its in the morning usually when it first opens since I'm military and work night shift. Most days the chicken biscuits are AMAZING. Every now and then the biscuits seem either undercooked or the chicken is dry and overcooked. But most of the time the chicken biscuits are perfect! Will continue to come here for as long as it remains open.

Still the best biscuits being served. Biscuits and gravy combo is great. It should also be noted that Hardee's is the only fast food restaurant that gives a military discount.
Unfortunately do to lack of employment, the inside dinner was closed ,at 6:30 pm ! Although the service at the drive thru & the payment/ pickup up window was excellent ! Why are short of help , is it pay , is it HR from the company ,or is it that young kids just don't want to work / or show responsibility in life , it's amazing that even advance auto & auto zone are short of help. ! There's something wrong with today's young society ! BUT BACK TO HARDEE'S AT MT. PLEASANT RD , CHESAPEAKE VA I DO GIVE MY , COMPLIMENTS TO THE TWO EMPLOYEES THAT PROVIDED ME WITH A + SERVICE !

Drive thu employee was nice but since he couldn’t hear well he did not add a meal and switched a drink without our consent, burgers were sauce less I paid for two meats for our burgers and only received one meat on our meals. First experience wasn’t very good tried to give them a chance but this will be the last time I come here especially with very minimal options on the menu.

The evening manager taking the order is not customer friendly. Does not talk clearly. I am the only customer in the drive thru and she is rushing to complete my order. Her communication is unsatisfactory. Even when she works day shift she is the same.Maria on the other hand is an excellent manager and the store runs great.

Was in Chesapeake visiting a friend and this is his go to place for breakfast. I don't do breakfast but I do coffee. The coffee was hot and fresh, the restaurant was occupied by a variety of ages, genders, and races. It's more a gathering place for friends and locals. The staff was exceptionally friendly and nice to talk with. Been many times but never had a complaint worth mentioning. Good place to go for food and fellowship. Give it a try.

I have eaten at this Hardee's location a few times. I've dined in and gone through the drive-through window as well. I've always had good service and good food. My experience here has only been during dinner hours. I've had burgers, fries, fried chicken, biscuits and shakes. I really like Hardee's burgers and I have never been disappointed here, they are always fresh, hot and delicious. French fries are pretty ordinary but fine, the shakes are really delicious and a good value. Fried chicken has always been fresh and hot and delicious. The biscuits are very good.What sets this Hardee's apart is the customer service. I have always been impressed with how friendly and helpful employees are at this location, better than what I'm used to at most other fast food restaurants. Employees actually seem to enjoy their jobs. 3.5 stars rounding up for great service.
