This IHOP was pretty welcoming. It took a minute before they got us a table but other than that, the service was great and the server was very kind. The food came pretty fast in just over ten minutes. The food was very tasty. Everyone really enjoyed it. I especially enjoyed the delicious “IHOP signature 100% premium orange juice.” It was music to my stomach. The food was very well priced with very generous portions and the orange juice was also very well priced for such a delicious concoction. ONLY $4.49!!! I also really liked the calming, classical music that played in the background. We all left with our stomachs full after 45 minutes of delicious goodness!Vegetarian options: The vegetarians were very delighted with their food!Kid-friendliness: The kids loved their food!

IHOP is one of the few restaurants featuring servers who want to be there. I went to this IHOP after an appointment across the street at the hospital. I was greeted warmly and then my server engaged with me in a way that made me feel welcome. All the servers were bantering with the customers and taking extra care to re-fill their coffee or bring them hot sauce or whatever was asked for. Some of the customers were older and solo like me. It occurred to me that their interaction at IHOP was likely a highlight of their day. The shop itself shows signs of wear, but the people who work there are a delight and the food is fresh and good.

Service very slow but could be a staffing issue. Only 2 waitresses are servicing everyone here. Have been waiting about an hour and about to leave. Only stayed because my kids love IHOP. Haven't even gotten food yet.Edit: finally got food, 1 1/2 hours later, turns out they are severely short staffed. So bad the manager is cooking food. 2 cooks and 2 waitresses. As for food, Kid #1 had what I call butter soup, everything melted in the cup. Kid #2 had the whipped cream melted on the happy face pancake. Looked like the sad clown on toy story 3. Overall slow due to short staffing.

First, we did get seated quickly, but I guess that should have been a red flag on a Sunday morning. We waited over an hour for our food after ordering in a relatively empty restaurant. When it did come, it was wrong and cold. The server was nice enough but also unprofessional in complaining about the kitchen instead of helping somehow. She offered to remake it, but by that point, we were honestly over waiting and couldn't fathom another hour for another order.

Not so good anymore!Husband and I have been eating at this resturant for many years and most of the time everything is pretty good. We realize it's not always going to be perfect but we knew the food WAS always good and we usually did not have to wait more than 15 minutes from the time of ordering to when we were served.The last several times we have gone for breakfast, we have had issues with part of an order being incorrect or food being overcooked or cold. Unfortunately today was the LAST time we will be going. From the time our order was taken to the time we were served our food it was over 45 minutes. My husbands order was not correct and my food was not great. My pancakes were burnt on one side, my eggs were cold and very dry (definitely over cooked) .They were out of any type of Jam and low on ketchup.I feel bad for the waitresses because I know that they have no contol over how our food was cooked or how long it took for us to be served. We were not offered any discount for anything. We paid full price for our meals & left a 20 percent tip. Once my husband and I got back in the car we agreed that we would no longer be going back to this resturant.

The waitress was very friendly, but the rest of the experience was awful, First they where out of everything you might would want, second it took almost an hour to get our food and it was probably was about 6 other people besides us at the time, and the portion on the plates was so small it was just honestly big enough for a small child to eat. I honestly won’t recommend this location.
