It was my first and last time there. I ordered shrimp egg foo young and they gave me shrimp fried rice. They wanted to charge me extra for exchanging the order. Most restaurants would do it for free. Poor customer service.

We've been ordering from Jackie Chen since we moved to Chesapeake back in 2018. We've always had great service and great food! Tonight was the first night they've ever had a hiccup with our order. We ordered through Grubhub and a single order of fried rice was forgotten. When I called the restaurant, the gentleman on the phone was very courteous and helpful, and opted to have my order of fried rice made and drove it to my house himself. Thank you so much to the Jackie Chen staff for being so prompt in solving the issue. We will continue to frequent there for years to come!

Very slow and inconsiderate. Had to wait an extra 30 minutes for an order that I called in. When I asked how long would my order take I was yelled at in an inappropriate tone. Very bad service.

The food that i had lacked any type of flavor. I had general tso. My wife had the pepper steak she liked the steak but felt there were more onions then anything else.

Their general tso chicken , ribs , shrimp /pork fried rice is a 10/10 every time . Oh and their sweet tea ?? Amazing . Staff always professional and generous with the duck sauce
Meant to drop a review yesterday, but got tied up. Anyways, the fam was craving some Chinese food and wanted to give this spot a try. We ordered: Crab Rangoon, Beef Lo Mein, Teriyaki Beef, BBQ Spare Ribs, House Special Fried Rice, Orange Chicken Combo PlatePros: All of the food was flavorful and not greasy. In fact, they even put a couple of items to absorb the grease from the Crab Rangoon and Beef Teriyaki. Lo Mein was not overly moist or greasy. Again, flavorful! Staff was very friendly.Cons: Was given a timeline for when the food would be done, but it extended. I had to run somewhere else real quick, so it worked out and wasn't that big of a deal to me, but is something to consider. The extension wasn't anything crazy either and was accurate (rather than being told 20 minutes and waiting 45, what they said was on point).I'd recommend and will be going back in the future. The food is good and I've been to some joints that had some chloriny kind of taste in the Lo Mein (for example), which puts me off immediately. This place didn't have that. Go get their food.I forgot to grab pics. Will do that next time.

Great little spot, food was ready on time and the girl at the counter was very welcoming when we came to pick up our order. We ordered online, so I no issues with placing an order. Had the Shrimp Fried Rice, Sesame chicken and an order of Crab Rangoon. Everything was delicious! I am especially pleased with how good the Crab Rangoon was, it actually tasted like it had crab instead of how most places just taste mainly of cream cheese. We'll be back!
