I shop at this store all the time I enjoy the wide selection of food & bake goods. The reason for three stars is the last few times I've been there I found no shopping carts inside. Also the parking lot had a lot of trash all over the place.

Mens bathroom is totally gross, water everywhere ,toilet's not cleaned on time according sheet on the door everytime time i have visited it has always been a mess having to i would not recommend using the bathroom especially if u have a child. The customer service is always slow and the manager isn't always in a seems unhappy and short when paying a bill i try my hardest to avoid the store and the bathroom

This Kroger store is horrible. A lot of aisles don't have merchandise. Some of the cashiers have attitudes. The Starbucks workers are always having side conversations and not helping customers. Just bad. Buyers beware purchasing gift cards, because they already may be used and Kroger won't help you get your money back even when corporate tells you to go to the store and get a refund. The store also charges over what is on the display.

Placed order in bakery my sushi tray was forgotten. Had to wait for that to be prepared. My tea sandwiches where good however some of the bread looked like it was torn instead of cut into triangles. NO CONDIMENTS. I called ahead of time to tell them ill be late and my order still wasn't complete

William in the seafood department! He came out from behind the counter to show us the shrimp we were looking for and steamed it perfectly! I had a question about a feature in the app and he did not hesitate one bit to show me.. He has a great demeanor to work with the public . Thank you William!!!

I have never been so angry as I am right now. I have spent thousands of dollars at this Kroger. I ordered 2 graduation cakes, also bought balloons and a candy vase for graduation .Omg, so I get to the facility where we are going to have our graduation party, neither one of my cakes had congratulations on them, like I had ask,also my daughter's name, was spelled incorrect, the had added extra letters to her name and spelled it wrong..I'M SO EMBARRASSED.

I LOVE this place. They always have plenty of variety and great deals. This particular location has a bar built into the super market. You can actually sit and have a bottle of wine while you you check your grocery list. More pictures to come!! My phone had died
Grocery pick up is my new jam! I finally switched over to the dark side. But as far as the grocery store itself....I love it. This is my go to place as a parent. Crazy week? Stop by the Wine/beer bar for a quick drink. Need a pick me up, then stop by Starbucks and order you a cup of coffee. You spilled a little wine on your shirt? It's okay! They sell clothes here too like Carhartt! Hungry while you're shopping? There's a great sushi bar in there too! Why not combine a date night and grocery night together? LOL They have mochi freezer section. Slice of pizza- great! Craving an Italian sandwhich...they have that too! Great cheese and deli selection to fulfill your charcuterie board dreams as well!

Their pick up service is awful! The guy, Jean Paul, who loaded my trunk was careless. Also I was not informed of unavailable items until I got there. I complained about the poor service to the store, but all the manager, Laurie, did was offer an empty apology and offer to refund for dented and opened items. She didn't even ask my name or identify herself as the store manager when she answered the phone. I always believe poor service starts at the very top. The point of pick up is not to have to go into the store. It's a lousy store with poor parking and traffic control. No more pick up from there and no more shopping there. I have to go to Food Lion tonight because of the half-assed way they handled my order.
