I don't remember the menu name of the dish, but it's like jambalaya with penne pasta. It was absolutely delicious. A bit oily at the bottom of the bowl, but tasty. My friend got the Oysters Rockefeller and was disappointed with the temperature, although he said it tasted fine.

We were celebrating my daughter in laws birthday. It was a wonderful evening. We called at the last minute for reservation, and they were able to accommodate us.

Food is typically okay and average. Breakfast is priced too high for the quality and portion. Ordered a breakfast burrito and the chef failed to include a key ingredient, had to verify through the menu that it was missing the ingredient, and the restaurant wouldn't comp the meal. $14 for a dry plain burrito.Waitresses are nice. The outside patio is nice. Drinks are good. Disappointed in the cooks and portions. Not great food for the price. Would rather go to another breakfast restaurant nearby.

Cute little spot on the water. Lunch here was great. I got the soup and a salad with a coffee. My server Regan was fantastic and super charming. She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the Greatbridge area.

My family and I love to hangout in the backyard! We bring our dogs sometimes as well and they are always welcome. We love the bartenders who work back there!

Everything was great until we were bamboozled with a credit card fee on our receipt! If we had known about this fee that was placed on our credit card beforehand we would have paid cash. For this reason, we will not be back.

Fried Flouder and Fries- fries were seasoned, crisp, and hot. Very good. Service was very good and attentive without being intrusive.Flounder- the sauce was good, but the fish- I didn’t care for it.Ate out on the balcony which was nice, but the tall stools were very difficult to “ scoot” closer to the table in.

No waiting for us (party of 4) at 11 am on a Sunday. Clean table but no silverware. Waitress arrived promptly for drink orders. Gave us time to look through the menu (1st time visitors). No suggestions were offered. Nice selection of items on the menu & nice on the pocket, too. Food came out & we were asked if we needed anything else. YES, silverware and salt (it was empty on the table). Everybody enjoyed their meal, no leftovers. Except for my toast that was asked to be wheat & dry was actually white & wet. The receipt was correct. Waitress didn't come back around till we were done. So, yeah. Didn't get my toast.

We love this place for breakfast.. outside of absolutely not being able to make eggs cooked to order their breakfast is really good. (Just get scrambled y'all.. ?) Unfortunately their lunch and dinner isn't up to par. I would pass on most of their seafood options. The fish and chips were very greasy and soggy.. the shrimp tacos are waaayy over breaded on top of dry cabbage. Jambalaya was not good at all, needed seasoning (not sure they have this normally, it was a special).. smoked beef brisket burrito doesn't go together at all.. The ingredients with their smoked beef brisket tastes really foul together. They lack basic seasonings/sauce on most things we've had but the breaded shrimp has no flavor at all.. just breading. As you can see we have attempted many dishes outside of breakfast and didn't like any of it. We keep coming back for breakfast though! Not their fault, but their kids menu outside of breakfast isn't great for my kid either. I'm giving 3 stars because the outside seating and waitresses are usually awesome and the breakfast really is good overall!

This is now our favorite after church breakfast place. I don't know how they did it in this environment, but they have found some of the best service people you can find. It is fantastic. Very comfortable atmosphere. Can't wait till it gets warm so we can go out on the porch and look at the boats. Love the efforts of the chef to try to make sure that everything is seasoned. Could back off the salt a little bit. It's the old adage... You can always add it, but you can't take it away.

I made a Valentine's Day reservation and was shocked when we got there and told the menu didn't start until 5 pm. I was they would have told me that when I called. The stuffed oysters were barely warm and not good at all. But all the other did were had was very good.

Okay, so I came back after a two-year hiatus. Asked for eggs over medium. Cook gave me over easy. He obviously never went to "Egg School." Asked for grits. They came out like soupy cream of wheat. Hey "cook!" Grits aren't supposed to be like dirty dishwater and literally run off your plate! Have you ever heard of the word "thicken!?" I mentioned all this to our waitress. Her response, "Can't help you. I don't eat eggs and grits." So, this is it for me with Lockside. They're so bad, they can't even make a simple breakfast without screwing it up! Do yourself a favor. Go to Sunrise, IHOP, Cracker Barrel, Angie's, or the City Deli. Any one of these places are ten times better than Lockside and cheaper, too!
