This is one of the WORST MCDONALD'S the food can be a hit or miss. The customer service sucks! They girl told me one price and charged me a different price. I had buy one get one free 10pc and I didn't realize until after I left she rang me up for 3 10pcs. Then they forgot the darn sauce. I went inside to get it the girl up front had an attitude and would only give me 3 sauces I like to see her dip 20pcs of nuggets in 3 sauces. Never again. The customer service just sucks!

This is THE worst McDonalds EVER. E V E R. RUDE PEOPLE. Dumb. Just Dumb. They don’t even look at you inside. They never get an order right! Today I got stuck in drive through for 25 MINUTES and we never moved! I would have left but there was no room. Finally placed an order for 2 drinks and fries. Cleared the speaker and stoppedDead again. After 5 minutes I LEFT! Avoid this dump!

I'm sorry but I have been eating McDonald's all my life (I'm over 50) and it's gone down hill.I paid 8.25 for 2 Cheeseburgers (no pickles) and an unsweetened tea.All of those items were on the dollar menu how long ago? Couple years...Burger almost unfindable in the bun.Large tea is what 24oz? For near $3. when it's less than pennies an oz.Seats taped off.And OMG I use cash!I do not want to "F" with a selection screen.I want to say good afternoon, 2 Cheeseburgers no pickles and a LG unsweet tea please, and hand them a 5.

It's McDonald's. The food is always about the same at all of them. Service can be different from shift to shift. The milk shake machine seems to work more often than not at this location at least.

I am compelled to bring a grave issue to your immediate attention, concerning an incident at the McDonald’s location at 673 Battlefield Blvd, on March 5, 2024. My nephew, a dedicated and reliable employee who seldom missed a day of work, was assaulted by individuals on the premises, including another employee and their acquaintances from Norfolk, Virginia.What is profoundly alarming and unacceptable is the response from the restaurant’s owner. Instead of offering the necessary support and assistance, the owner chose to place the blame on my nephew, the victim of this unwarranted assault. This reaction not only questions the safety measures in place at this specific location but also highlights a distressing lack of empathy and action from the management towards incidents that severely compromise both employee and customer safety.Such disregard is not only disheartening but also contradictory to the values and standards that are expected to be upheld by the McDonald’s brand. It paints a concerning picture of how young black men are treated, showcasing a scenario where their well-being and service loyalty are overlooked in the face of adversity. This treatment sends a clear and troubling message to our community, indicating that the safety and respect afforded to black and brown employees and patrons are conditional and insufficient.In light of this, I must advise members of the black and brown community to reconsider patronizing this McDonald’s location. It is imperative that our communities support businesses that ensure the safety, respect, and dignity of all customers and employees, regardless of their skin color.
