Worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. The food was cold , my order was incorrect and when speaking with the gentleman at the drive through window his demeanor was problematic.I don’t particularly care for this McDonald’s any longer, one would think “great bridge” would have had a slight difference in service but I was sadly mistaken.

Passes the cost of salt and sauce on to the customer. Fries were half full and soggy. I have to constantly request extra sauce and salt, at other establishments I make no requests and still recieve the correct amount.If Mcdonalds was run by Scrooge with beat down employees is an accurate description of this place. I hope they get a new owner that isn't as cheap and stingy as the current one. Salt your fries and pay your people, and yes I want more than one sauce packet with 20 nuggets and more than 2 drops of ketchup on my quarter pounder

I have a 5-year-old autistic son who's picky about his hash browns and fries every time I order online for them to be delivered and I call him and let him know they always make sure that it's fresh to the order when the dasher gets there so my son's always happy The only McDonald's store willing to do this they are amazing and they make my son's day and night sometimes it's been 11 months since I made this post and they're still doing amazing job ensuring My autistic kids still get fresh food to the order they're amazing

I have never been to a resturant where employees allowed their friends to remain inside the resturant after hours, AND laughed when their friends made WILDLY inappropriate comments to me. THEN when I FINALLY got the order I paid for online, they were upset that they had to male it, soooo they gave me OLD STALE fries, a cold burger and FORGOT 4 THINGS FROM MY ORDER! this place is trasshhhh and so are the employees

mobile order was a different order. Had to repeat to three different staff the order number. Asked to park and didn’t hear anything in 15 minutes, drove back to the drive thru and was told to go back to the parking lot. When they brought the food, there was a missing drink. Went back to the drive thru, and was told to go back to parking lot. Waited another 5 minutes for a glass of cold tea. Zero apologies, like this was their norm. Total time since the mobile order till you go thru the hurdles to get the food 25 minutes. Never going back to this unfriendly McDonald’s store.

Curb side ordered and was told it would be ready in 5 minutes. 10 minutes later, I walk in, and it's sitting on the ledge with no drinks. As I asked for the drink cups, they filled them and got my order complete. It was like the staff was disconnected that day with each other.
The service and food were good. Dining area a bit cramped, but was clean.
