My wife and I have been going to Mister Jim's since 1999. We have always loved the food there. We went there for dinner last night. Something has changed recently. Our sandwiches did not have the flavor that made us fans of this restaurant. The meal was no better than any other sub/steak shop in the area, and that was disheartening. Also, my wife has always asked for Mozzarella Cheese on her Philly Steak, and this is the first time they charged us an "up charge" for it.

This is by far the best sub shop around!!! Hands down, no questions asked, always good all the time. Sadly they are closed on Mondays.

It’s a bit of a squeeze inside whether in line or seated. Otherwise the Philly cheesesteak was very tasty, my friend waited until we were done eating to get her sandwich all because the hold up was apparently her French fries so this place has some thing that could get better and faster!

I went in there and ordered two salads a tuna and a chefs they made my salads and left them on the counter top for about 15 minutes so I walk up to the counter and ask for the manager I was told she could not talk to me right now what kind of service is that when all the workers are standing around gossip and doing nothing I got my money back and left will not be going back there

Safe atmosphere, great food, great notification system, clean bathroom. I was surprised that their tuna sub was good, because to me subway got the best tuna recipe and the zeros I ate at was garbage, but Mister Jim's tuna is second to subways for now and the Philly cheese steak subs was fantastic too.Parking: They have an electronic alert device that informs the customer the order is ready.Wheelchair accessibility: Not sure but it didn't look like much space in the shop, maybe 6-8 tables and booths, possibly less.

Mr.Jims is one of my FAVORITE places to get a awesome sandwich! Plenty of options to choose from and the menu includes other options as well! Defiantly worth the trip! Highly recommended!
Mister Jim's restaurant is a great location! The food is consistently great and the portion sizes for the price are great. I'll emphasize their pizza sizes which really blew me away for how much you get for the price. Now I do usually get delivery and there has been times where the food comes late and I end up with cold food but nothing a microwave and oven can't fix.
