Waited in line for an hour. Looked like they're short staffed and the workers took care of mobile orders instead of the people that waited in line. One person taking care of those in line. Dirty tables...Very poor ran business for expensive pizza. It will be a long time before I go back again.

The pizza taste just like tomato sauce on some saltine crackers. The lack of taste makes you feel like you are eating healthy maybe lol....the crust is comparable to a frozen pizza from the grocery store....The salad we paid almost $9.00 for....was a baby mini size salad suitable for a 5 year old child. So not worth the price....

We ordered 4 pizzas and all of them were undercooked and rubbery. One of the pizzas was made completely wrong so we requested a refund for only 1 pizza and she told us we had to drive back in (20 min away). Not an option for me. I told her I couldn’t do that and she hung up the phone. I called right back and said I wanted to speak to someone who had the ability to refund me over the phone and she hung up again. Honestly they were really rude and disrespectful and their pizza tasted awful.

The best time to go is before 6:00 pm, after that you can expect a line. Great location. I have dietary restrictions and they met them all.

The worker service was incredible. The staff were very happy and seemed to enjoy their job. The workers are very kind and not judgemental about what you order on custom pizzas.Overall a very amazing experience.

Best pizza in town. It's basically subway/Wawa for pizza. Design your own, as many ingredients as you want for no extra charge. Too bad there's not one closer to my house.

It was all my fault. I don't blame anyone at Mod for the "Hot Mess" I created at the Greenbrier location. I asked for a custom Mod pizza--no sauce or cheese, garlic and pesto with onions, peppers, vegan meat crumbles, and pineapple. And that alone, was good enough. But nooooooo, I wanted more. As the piping hot pizza came out the oven, I wanted more. "Can you top it with hot honey, please? And don't be shy with the honey either!" And right then....I "messed up"! The hot honey was drizzled around the edges of the crust; it was zig zagged all over it too. It was popped into the box and the 12 min drive home was going to end with delicious pizza. The heat and steam off that pizza made the hot honey runny; and honey child (pun intended), that honey ran off that pizza, down the side of the box and right into my lap! Honey was on my thighs, it slid over my knees, it dripped into my boots and soaked my socks! I ran in the house, and placed the honey drenched pizza box IN THE KITCHEN SINK! Yes, The box was so juicy, I had to place it IN the sink. And the first bite of this hot honey, pesto, garlic, onion, pepper and pineapple pizza was HANDS DOWN the absolute BEST pizza I have ever had! It was messy, and sticky, and gooey, and I would DO IT ALL AGAIN! Now you heard it here first-this should definitely be a pizza on the Mod Pizza menu; and in fairness to my disaster attempting to bring it home, it should be named "The Hot Mess!" I can't suggest this enough--no matter what kind of pizza you get ASK FOR THE HOT HONEY on top! And if you are going to take it home, get the honey on the side. If you are going to dine in, go for the drizzle. It elevates your pizza experience. Thank you, Greenbrier Mod Pizza--I have never loved being a HOT MESS more than I did last night!

Drove 25 minutes here walked in at 9:30 on dot whole staff turns around like oh my god and they going back and forth on who’s gonna take care of me and and other person standing right behind me while they continue to clean up and close store for minutes before someone came over then I get up there and they tell me they’re out of the pizza I even want ridiculous waste of time and gas just to turn around and go back home to get fast food won’t be returning

My experience here at Mods Pizza poor mangement.. I purchase a mini pizza and was charged for a mod. Madison fixed my pizza I check out with another worker. Instead of her saying why she asked me for my receipt. She didn't say anything until I was leaving out the door asking for the manger or who was the manger. So she refund me my money back and then charged me for a mini which all that could been resolved, if she would've told me why.. It took me to ask for the manger for her to point out what happened. And why I was charged for Mod instead a Mini more for my order.

Stood in line for 20 mins. Watched 5 different people leave that were ahead of us in line. Watched half the staff hang out infront of the oven. We finally decided to leave after we heard and saw another customer complain that they burnt their pizza.

So glad I found this place. Inexpensive, create your own, brick oven pizza. Ingredients are fresh and sauces are amazing.
