I went to pick up some Bundt cakes for my Easter baskets, and I have never experienced the rude customer service I received from Donna. I am very dissatisfied with this location and will not be returning based upon her direct contact. I also requested information to reach out to someone who could actually assist me which she refused to provide.

This location is awful. We ordered cakes to be ready for our daughter's graduation party to pick up on Sun. We showed up Sun to pick up our cakes for the event that day to find out that they're closed on Sun, no phone call or any notice that they aren't open on Sun, didn't tell me when I placed the order or anything that they weren't open on Sun. Had to place another order at another location last minute, Haywood location absolutely amazing location over this one. From other reviews probably worked out better that we didn't get the cake from this location as the reviews say their cakes don't seem as good as other locations.

The cakes at this location are not as good as other locations , nor is the presentation. Their bundts only have the cream cheese icing half way vs. all the way down. Not consistent enough for me to come back to this location. Nonetheless, it was still edible . Will stick to the Suffolk Location.

Called and told them we were stuck in traffic, checked to see if they had the product I needed, said it would be close to close and she said no problem, we went out of our way to get there and arrived 2 min after close and they wouldn't help me!!!!!! ? NEVER

I was able to order ahead on short notice. It was disappointing that all flavors weren’t available in all sizes. We ordered Friday evening for pick up Saturday morning. Our order was ready on time. Staff was friendly. Military discount available.

Ordered the white chocolate raspberry bundt cake one day prior to our daughter's 18th birthday. Absolutely the most moist flavorful cake we've had! I even loved the icing though I'm not normally an icing fan. Definitely the top bakery we've ordered from in Hampton roads. Presentation was also 5 stars. The only thing I wish was different is that they offered a foldedable box to later store the cake in.

Such rude customer service. Rolling eyes, unfriendly, like “sorry if I asked you for one more item, next time I can take my business elsewhere?” Only reason I’m giving it two stars is because the cakes themselves are still decent, but management needs to address the attitudes of the workers

Their Bundt’s are absolutely delicious! Which chocolate raspberry is the best, but lemon is also really tasty. I don’t think you can go wrong with any of the flavors and always get extra icing!

Wanted to gift the docs and staff at the Animal Eye Care Associates office and the dozen mini bundts were perfect! It was my first visit to Nothing Bundt Cakes, but will not be the last. The super clean and cute shop exudes yumminess--not only in delicious cakes but in decor and atmosphere and customer service. The young man who took my order was friendly, knowledgeable, and very particular in packing the minis in a pretty, festive-decorated box, that was a huge hit when presented to the office staff. Just HAD to buy some for hubby and I too. We loved the red velvet, carrot, vanilla, and strawberry creme! The cakes are so moist and the icing, well...lets just say my sweet tooth was very happy. Totally recommend this store!
Never even been here but the dumb sign they put up in front of another business makes me positive I’ll never go. Why take up another businesses parking space IN FRONT of their store. Also based off the negative reviews here y’all should prob just shut down

Because this place is usually busy, they have a line pole outside for people to get in line. Thankfully, I was able to get in line inside the store to place my order. The clerk taking my order was efficient and even informed me of the BOGO on the receipt. The gluten free options are limited and there are no sugar free items. But what they do have smell delicious. The two bundlets I ordered were tasty. There’s ample parking since this is located in a shopping center.

Wow! hard working people of Chesapeake, we deserve better from this franchise owner! My hubby thought he was doing something special by ordering early online. This experience had him standing in line for an hour with 50 others waiting for their online orders. We all know you are sorry we had this experience. The icing on the cake was paying nearly $10 for Happy Mother’s flags that were not included in the order. From a boutique cake shop we all expect to receive accurate orders and polite service. I only write 5 star reviews and this experience didn’t deserve the one star limit. Chesapeake patrons deserve better.

My wife and I were in line yesterday and it was MASSIVE, which speaks volumes to the quality of their work. The employees stepped up and handled this massive quantity of orders effectively and professionally. Once we got our cakes they were, unsurprisingly, of perfect quality. We used them as our wedding cake provider earlier last year and I HIGHLY recommend them for any occasion. Keep up the amazing work, y'all!
