This restaurant permanently closed some time after making my reservation through Open Table. Open Table would not allow me to cancel my reservation online and I was unable to make a reservation at another location as this restaurant was already reserved by me during the requested times. Open Table does not have any humans to assist their users; only unhelpful automated artificial intelligence.

Being that this site is so inadequately functioning, I doubt this will be read but giving it a shot. I scheduled a reservation for a fairly large party for my mother's 80th birthday. With all the fancy restaurants she could have selected to celebrate, she inexplicably chose this one. The night before the reservation, I received a confirmation, which I sent back. About two hours before our scheduled time a member of our party went online to get a sneak preview of the menu and discovered the restaurant was CLOSED. I then checked the Facebook page and saw the same information. I called and the number was continuously busy. So, with hours to spare I was left scrambling to find a table for a party of 9 on a holiday weekend when I had made a reservation two weeks in advance. Way to ruin an elderly lady's special birthday!

Great place for catching up with friends, or a special occasion. Food was great. Our server, Ashley, was personable, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Can't wait until they open up over in Locks Pointe.

Appetizers were delicious, shrimp and grits very good as was the fish and chips. But the ribeye steak was unseasoned and not medium rare as requested. It was also a little tough. Service was fine. A very noisy party of 8 ruined the ambiance.

"Off the Hook" is a seafood lover's paradise! From the ocean-fresh flavors to the inviting ambiance, every aspect of this restaurant exceeded my expectations. The diverse menu offers a delightful selection of seafood dishes, each expertly prepared with a perfect balance of flavors. The attentive staff (Tiffany) and warm atmosphere create a dining experience that is both enjoyable and memorable. Whether you're a seafood enthusiast or a casual diner, "Off the Hook" is a must-visit destination for a delicious culinary journey.

The staff was friendly but needs more help. The food was good but nothing to be excited about. Not sure if we will go back yet.

The food was dry, bland, bearly edible. I told them in the kindest way. My friend felt the same about her food. The pictures don’t represent today’s food delivery. The bathroom looks like a truck stop, very dirty, not a classy place. I hope this saves someone money or helps the restaurant do better.

The fried oysters were not cooked well. To much breading( seemed to be like chicken breading) and was soggy from to much grease.Serving of Cole slaw was very small . I didn't care for the dill in the slaw.i don't plan to return to Off the hook. There are other good restaurants in the area that serve great seafood.

We had an late lunch on Friday, on a recommendation from a friend we stopped at Off the Hook. The wait staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating with my food allergies. The food was amazing and thier selection of bourbon at the bar was top knotch. Will be repeat customers.

I had family to visit from out of town who wanted seafood. I heard that Off the Hook was good so we decided to try it. I ordered the she crab soup, which was crabless and cool, not hot at all! Then I ordered the salmon with the supposedly “lump crab meat”. The lump crab meat was mushy and horrible and the salmon was undercooked. The fingerling potatoes were cold. Had to send the food back to be recooked, which I hate doing because I don’t trust it at that point! So, will I return again, absolutely not!

Huge serving of fried calamari was excellent along with a generous appetizer of seared tuna. We then scaled back our entré decisions: had side size cesar salads with fried oysters. All good.

The food and service was amazing. The steak bites were perfectly cooked, the mahi mahi was firm but flaky, the crab cakes were flavorful. The ambiance left something to be desired. It was a little too loud and we were seated beside a table of eight and it was cramped.

We hadn't been to Off the Hook for years, but decided to try it again. The service was amazing. Our server took great care of us, and the food was great. We went with the friend fish and fried oysters and were totally satisfied.

First time there with 3 others. This place is a called "Off the Hook Seafood and Chophouse; and wanted to mention that before the usual thoughts of why order chicken in a seafood place; but I was not in seafood mood that night. It was THE BEST Chicken Alfredo I've ever had! Very tasty and grilled chicken cooked perfectly and seasoned to taste perfection. I had extra side of fingerling potatoes which were basically like a boiled skinny/long whole potato, with salt on outside for a baked potato taste. I ate as-is, did not need to add any condiments, they were very good. Everyone else enjoyed their meals too. I'm usually not a big fan of hush puppies as these can be hit-and-miss most places, but these too we THE BEST I ever had! I will actually look forward to hush puppies here.Attire is somewhat casual, shorts and polo shirt is fine here. Server was excellent and attentive. I will definitely try a fish dinner next time. Saw a couple who one person got a steak, it was huge and looked excellent. So I'd say no fear ordering a non-seafood item here; which I love. I always say, it you can't make it right, don't put in on the menu, no matter what it is; well, this place does everything right, even down to hush puppies.
